What GPU?
1080 FE.
Have turned off SMT for the mo to see if it cures a black screen crash on Ghost Recon Wildlands.
Finally!! (got the board via Czech Republic )
May wait for the next bios update from Asus before i turn it on though, hoping they release one today.
Thought you would have gone with this DDR4:

I did not know I could change it?Mate are you not pulling heat from your graphics card in that orientation? It might be why your temps are so high
Turn the whole heatsink aroundI did not know I could change it?

I have some DDR3 (2133MHz) Radeon Memory. 32GB of the stuff to be precise.Thought you would have gone with this DDR4:
I looked at it when I put it on as I wanted to put it on so it went out the back but did not know how the clips would go on, do they connect onto the bit that the CPU is plugged into instead of the other bits?Turn the whole heatsink around
It doesn't matter as much as you would think, the back of the GPU isn't going to be that warm (plus pulling air from there may actually benefit the GPU). Don't forget coolant, be it air/water/oil doesn't have to be cold to cool it has to be colder than the thing it's cooling (hence why AIOs are usually set up as exhausts).Mate are you not pulling heat from your graphics card in that orientation? It was almost a 10c difference when I switched mine aroundIt doesn't matter as much as you would think, the back of the GPU isn't going to be that warm (plus pulling air from there may actually benefit the GPU). No turn it so the fan points to the top of the caseI looked at it when I put it on as I wanted to put it on so it went out the back but did not know how the clips would go on, do they connect onto the bit that the CPU is plugged into instead of the other bits?
