My Ati 5770 went bust recently. I was looking at the ati 6950 as a replacement but I'm looking at crossfire 5850 extreme edition and it seems very tempting!

It Does..... Was hitting 920 @ 1.225 for the Heaven runs... bumped the score up quite a bit from the 725 stock.
Getting happier and happier with this card since I've sorted the .driver issues

I've got a corsair tx650 which should be more than enough I believe!

Only thing stopping me really is that my mobo PCI slots are x16 x4 so little worried how much this would impact on performance.

Since the extreme 5850s don't come with a crossfire bridge how will I know which size to get? There seems to be a few bridge sizes you can buy. If it helps the 5850's will be installed on a gigabyte p55a ud3 motherboard using the x16 x4 slots, pic:

edit: With my 5770 came a crossfire bridge ~75mm length. Is this the right size for my purpose?
edit2: I tried comparing it to the spacing on my mobo and it seems about perfect.

Thanks to the new trixx I'm sitting on 1.2v 900/1200 and I'm happy with that. I'm sure it might do more but I'm happy with that.
