Hmmmm, should I make the move from android? Currently on a s22 ultra (and have been android for what must be near 8 years, however the battery life is the problem for me.

Do it, Android is garbage.

iPhone pro max has the best battery life of any smart phone available.

I wouldn’t just go that far but I agree, make the move.
The iPhone 12 was my first foray out of Android and my only regret was I didn’t do it sooner.
I don’t see me returning to Android any time soon.
 
But which size?? I "think" im used to the size of the s22 ultra.... the pro max appeals more for battery, but the pro appeals because of its convenient size.
 
Well took the plunge and preordered the pro in purple, but will check to see if any deals pop up before 1pm on Friday , can I ask as I have never ordered one for release day when you can expect delivery next week is it delivered on the 16th or dispatched on that day ?

Yeh I struggled to decide on size upgrading from a OnePlus 7t 6.5", it looks like the 6.77" Pro max is the same height, 3mm wider, and actually thinner! Almost identical in size.

You’ll receive it on the 16th as long as you finalise your order as soon as possible after 1PM.
 
What size storage do most go for? I've got 256gb on the s22 ultra however only 85gb has been used...do I go for the 256gb again or take the plunge at 128gb...

With the new pricing, the 13 is £30 cheaper than my other half paid on release day last year. Not such a bargain!

Personally, I bought a Series 7 Steel watch a couple weeks ago with a 30 day returns period for £475. Considering the S8 steel is £779, I don’t think I’ll be swapping!

Go into a store and try out the 13 and 13 max. It’s the only way you’ll really get an idea.

I think the max will seem big to those that have a ‘medium’ size phone, but I have an XR and thought the pro max didn’t seem like too much bigger. Then after 10 minutes of playing around the regular pro felt too small!
 
True point that. Now the deciding factor is to pay outright or finance. Don't like finance so I think that's that decision made. Time to sell the s22 ultra, a quick find is musicmagpie at £530
