Hmm, tempted to add the sub as well now, especially with the prices going up!!!
Also seeing how a certain store has 10% off until 4/03/17 with a new account, might be worth doing so
It'd be nice to know, as otherwise that's a huge selling point to the unknowing, ie not putting the crossover back when the sub is still part of the system. People will go zomg have you heard that and immediately buy.Presumably when the sub is disabled in the app it also undoes the crossover change. I can hear SOME bass come out the playbar when I do that. Just not the room-shaking wall of deep bass that the sub provides
I'm pretty sure it puts the bass back to the Playbar when you toggle the sub off. It'd be nice to know, as otherwise that's a huge selling point to the unknowing, ie not putting the crossover back when the sub is still part of the system. People will go zomg have you heard that and immediately buy.
Cheers.
Where is this 10% off? OcUK don't sell any SONOS items so you are free to mention it.
You can talk about competitors as long as the item being talked about is being sold on OcUK and the shop sells far more than just computer items, at least that is how I understood the rules. But you can't talk about direct competitors who are computer specialists. They sell other stuff though, so I thought that wasn't allowed?
Have you guys found the sub improves after being "run in" or does that particular piece of Hi-Fi folklore not apply to the SONOS kit? I'm not that impressed with mine so far.
So is there any discernible improvement by adding the sub to a pair of Play 5s?
