Yeah, but the wing mounted intakes are a little on the large side, don't you agree? on that note have you seen the new F7A thats coming down the line?

Still very similar but rounded off and polished a bit.

I agree they are very similar and would be happy with both. But i don't think the intakes are of the large side. I actually think they are one of the coolest parts of the ship!


OMG hahaha Lando! Poor Jared :( stuck so close to his home he can use his own wifi hahaha. Should make it an easter egg in game rescue Lando from the lift.
 
^ SC In 21:9 just looks glorious.... nice video bud. Those mantis' are still insane haha but they are 100% coming off the hornet for me. I think they would be great on the cats maned turrets but they won't fit ( think they're to small of all things. )
 
The funny thing is windows movie maker doesnt even let me render it in 1440p so thats not showing the ultrawide as good as it should haha.

Surely there are plenty of free solutions out there that could do that for you.

+ you would benefit from a decent timeline to edit certain parts out be they boring or inappropriate for certain platforms.

Just having a break from gaming as much, got a few books to get read and series to catch up on TV. Then I'll no doubt be back working on vids and dying horribly in "accidents" as Worzel mows me down in his constellation lol

What are people's thoughts on the new flight model? A step in the right direction or a step backwards?

I'm quite displeased with it, I must say, having used it now for ~15 hours. It seems to me that in the effort to bring combat within closer visual range, the lower SCM speeds have resulted in reduced scope for evasive manoeuvrability in near combat and exacerbated the problem of jousting when using the afterburner.

I am getting more kills with this patch, but I'm convinced this is a result of the lowered skill ceiling as I wouldn't class myself as a good pilot. I had high hopes for this flight model as well having seen the video about the coming changes in an ATV episode... hope they go back to the 2.4 flight model.

Probably worth noting that I'm a dual joystick user mostly concerned with dogfighting. Sabre is my ship of choice.

The problem is now everyone is sliding about at 500m/s. its comical in Battle Royal, no one has any control of their ship, no one, its just a mass of people in ships going in all directions at all angles at high speed.

Al they have to do is make the ships more responsive, much tighter handling, that way you get much tighter battles, less jousting.
CiG seem to be obsessed with weak handling, its insane at times, sliding sideways or backwards for so long and so far you sail into out of bounds after 20 seconds of trying to get the ship to stabilise.

It seems to me CiG just don't get it and there not really listening.
