You beat me to it, Ballotelli has been abused by opposition and his own fans virtually every game, because he is black, He is still a child and is under an incredible amount of pressure.
He is as has been said, "crazy good" for his age and would be outright one of, if not the best striker in the league within 3 seasons if he came over.

To be fair I've seen VERY little of him, sub appearances for Inter when he's looked honestly very very lazy and poor. I've seen a few of his supposedly good games where anything he does is being vastly over stated because of his age.

But if you watch 2 games and he was quite literally brilliant in the 20 you didn't see, people do tend to think everything a great player does is brilliant. I can't see I think he's crazy good from what I've seen, but I've not seen enough of him. But I can understand his attitude, but we all get set in the way we are, while he'll have HUGELY less pressure on him and less racist ****'s having a go at him all day every day, he might just be that wounded kid who won't ever be "normal" again and might always have a very poor attitude.

IT really would be interesting to see how he reacts and how good he can be at another club, frankly he deserves a transfer just to get out of Italy. The problem being though its his home, his parents are their, his life and there and he's turned into quite the bloody minded player(not a bad thing), but I can see him potentially wanting to stay for life to prove the racists wrong.

I think it might have been that second leg of the Barca game, he came on as a lone striker, they were desparate for a little posession and to prevent Barca just bombarding the goal, and he was lazy, ran for nothing, passed badly. Think he'll be a huge risk for any club that gets him, but I think thats why last season he was being rumoured to leave for 10mil, rather than the usual 20mil + for a supposed wonderkid.

Rumours of Arsenal signing Zapata from Udinese, don't know anything about him though.

Huge, strong, good in the air and a composed footballer. Would be a good signing. Colombian too iirc, which is quite cool

As for Balotelli, poor attitude, there's probably reasons for this though. Very talented on the ball but everytime I see him I get the feeling he'll never be the best because he is not a team player. Doesn't work very hard either. But he is absolutely amazing with the ball at his feet

The danger with selling Babel is that any creativity from the squad is almost gone entirely.

By and large I dont see any creativity from Babel anyway, what I usually see with him is run run run run run run get tackled, run run run run run run get tackled, run run run run run run lose control of the ball. If we want someone to do that for 90k a week I can easily give them my contact details :D

I think if Liverpool played their cards right they could get a decent sum of money for Babel.

He's not very good at all.

He can't pass, he can't cross, he doesn't have a single trick up his sleeve, he doesn't make space for others and he doesn't track back. That's without mentioning his attitude off the pitch which stinks. All he's literally got to his game is pace and a hard shot. He needs to be taught how to play football and make use of his assets and at 23 I don't see it happening.

Yeah he'd be an excellent signing, as far as I know from various things I've read about him he can play anywhere along the back line, he'd be a great signing but I wonder if he'd want to come play for us and whether Udinese would even be willing to let him go. He's only in his early twenties as well, I'm quite excited about the prospect but I can't see Wenger dipping his hand in his pocket as I think Zapata would command a fairly high price, although I'd rather he splashes on a defender than a goalkeeper, even though we need both.

I think Zapata would be a great signing for Arsenal!

Personally, as not a Arsenal fan, but I do think they need a new goal keeper and a better defensive minded midfielder.

SSN reporting that Arsenal are massively disappointed with Barcas antics with the whole Fabregas will he wont he saga...basically have told Barca that no matter how much they offer they wont even sit down and listen.

Even Rosell has more or less said that its unlikely that Fabregas will sign for Barca this season...so looks like hes staying for another yr:D

He's staying for another year, think Arsenal are royally ****ed at how Barca have gone about this. But Barca are still saying they won't spend 50m-60m on him and will only pay the market value, bit of a contradiction there :s if Kaka is valued at 55m and Ibrahimovic at 60-65m~ then that's at least what Fabregas' market value is, are they completely undervaluing him on purpose?? They must know how good he is :s

"We would only pay his value in the transfer market."

Why don't Arsenal invite City and Real to make an offer to find out what his real value is instead of this closed off affair where apparently only Barca can bid :/ They are so very arrogant, they'll match Arsenal's valuation or they'll find another player to hassle

They may not want to sit down and discuss it with Barca but what if Fabregas turns round and says he wants to join them?

That's Arsenal up **** creek without a paddle then.

If he turns round and says he wants to go, Arsenal will take what they can rather than have a disgruntled Faberegas running round for them.

We all know he wants to go, we all know Ronaldo wanted to go, it just doesn't work like that. Clubs need to start re-asserting themselves and stop this ridiculous notion that the players have all the power. It's sending football down a ridiculous path. The power of a contract needs to be re-inforced. If Fabregas wanted to go to Barca he shouldn't have been so willing to snatch the huge payrise from Arsenal which guaranteed he'd be at Arsenal for 5 more years, should they want him that long

+ I highly doubt he'd disrespect Wenger, he clearly respects him hugely. While he's at Arsenal I'd fully expect 100% from him, he has always acted professionally. tbf he must realise that he'd struggle for minutes at Barca given the WC campaign, I'd doubt that he hasn't noticed this and wouldn't mind leaving it a year until Xavi starts to break down
