If we havent learnt our lesson about buying players who look good at spurs who then look like donkeys at UTD by now i dont think we ever will.
No Modric for me please. We need a motor in Midfield someone in the Xavi mould would be fantastic. And then we need another Striker who can make an impact off of the bench or on a part time basis if Rooney gets hurt.
I couldnt care less if i never Saw Carrick or Berbatov play in a UTD shirt ever again.
Neither will Man.U., judging by the reluctance to spend the Ronaldo money last season.

To be honest I really posted because Loki used to stupid name to refer to Newcastle. I thought this wasn't allowed? I thought I'd do the same for Man Utd in the interests of fairness.

What is so offensive about Toon army? I thought it was the equivalent of calling Man Utd, the Red Devils, or Liverpool ****e.
It's not like being called Manure, or the scum. But if it offends Newcastle fans I'll make note to not use it in the future.

Chamakh already spoke to L'Equipe and told them he has signed for Arsenal anyway, and we've all known about it since January so not that big of a deal really, hopefully he won't be a season long bench warmer and Bordeaux seem to think highly of him so he can't be that bad. Robin van Persie also says he's excited at the arrival of Chamakh and believes he may be the key to us winning trophies, take from that what you will as I personally think we have no problem scoring goals, it's keeping them out of our own net that's the problem.

I did laugh last year when the manu fans all kept banging on about having 120 million to spend. The ronaldo money and the usual 20/30 or 40 million.
Funnily enough they didn't spend that and the ronaldo money has long gone.
There's never been any consistency to the 'ruling'.
The manu one always gets removed I don't know why when others are seen as more jokey like cartoon, bitters, spuds etc etc.
