And I don't know how many times it has to be said, the debt United possesses is in the stupid American's name. And more importantly, they have more than the revenue needed to service it. Hence the lack of 'crisis' you see at Liverfool.
Unfortunately there's more clubs in the world than Man Utd though and things aren't as easy for everybody as it is at Man Utd. Most clubs can't have their prawn sandwiches and eat it!
Barca sign David Villa???
Seen it on a few of my mates facebooks but can't find a source.![]()
He wouldn't flop as such. He'd score loads against **** sides but whenever he came up against 1 of the bigger sides or in important games, he'd go missing, just like he's done throughout his career so far.
Dude no offence meant with my original post and it certainly wasn't a dig directed to you personally.
My father in law is a Newcastle fan and I have often refered to his team as the...................well you know what and no offence took on his part. rightly or wrongly I assumed it was just a bit of fun.
As I say no offence meant.

The 'glory days' of hooliganism well and truly gone then. It's OK, it's true its not exactly the worst insult.
I think I was just in a bad mood that day! Sorry for the return insult.![]()
His demands are quite extravagant and I don’t think we are prepared to go along with it. We would very much like him to stay, but I think for one year, and not on the money he wants. He is a good player, but you have got to draw the line somewhere.
If you divide the season into two – going forward we have done very well but defensively we have been average. I want to rectify that.
My transfer policy this summer will be to keep our strengths going forward, add one player, and add more defensive strength.
There is a lot of hype about Fabregas leaving this summer. I don't think it will be a terribly bad thing considering we should get Yaya and a load of cash. I can see a Eduardo, Rosicky or Ashavin, Almunia or Fabianski and Gallas leaving. Should leave us with over £60million to play with to get 1 good keeper, 2 centre backs and a replacement for Fabregas (Arteta is being lined up in the papers).
Plus we have Chamaka, hopefully an injury free RvP season and maybe Vela will hit some form with Mexico in the summer.
