I always thought he was genuinely the nearest thing to Viera when he was at Liverpool and could never understand why they sold him to Juve

Guess the Liverpool fans can confirm that he obviously just wasn't as good as I thought.... :confused:

Havnt seen him play really since moving to Italy, although i do know that the constant racial abuse he seems to get from his own fans didn't go down too well.

where'd you hear that? That sounds like the first credible rumour in terms of the player's reputation...if he's unknown and playing in France, he'll be playing for us before the window's out...
 
Yeh its not the 'real' one lol...well i havent seen anything bar youtube of gai assulin but he seems very good for his age and we getting him for free it seems.....also apparently Balotelli is now asking for 180,000pw wages and were not prepared to do that hence why its taking so long...
 
lol £180k/week for Balotelli... this is all your chickens coming home to roost. You can't pay one decent player insanely over the odds (yaya) without them all asking for it...

What I meant was he's not one of the hyped players that's been mentioned every few minutes by gossip columns (Kjaer, Zapata, et al) so this transfer would be one that appears to have a chance of happening. He'd be ideal too at 29, a bit of experience... if you lot have heard of him then, is he any good?

is ozil actually much different to anderson enough to be a swap plus 12mil/
 
Bearing in mind that Ozil has only got 1 year left on his contract (usually cuts the transfer fee right down), and thus not worth more than £15mil tops, what would Anderson be adding to the value of that deal!? £12 mil plus 50p? :D

the great thing is my brother (who is a glory-supporting, roots-abandoning, prawn-sandwich-aspiring, little toerag of a United fan who has never set a foot north of the M4) really rated Anderson when Man U signed him, and is furiously refusing to back down and accept he was wrong :D good for my own personal lols
