Yeah I saw that today, I've also seen £34m mentioned which I doubt Fergie would pay. As for whether he'd be good....it's a toss up with Dutch League players.

Alfonso Alves, Matej Kezman, Dirk Kuyt; they all had phenomenal goal scoring rates in Holland as well, yet all 3 flopped in the Premiership

Ruud was a one off
 
Bergkamp did pretty well - 122 goals in 239 games - for Ajax too (before he went to Inter):)


Would love to see Saurez at Utd - but highly unlikely we have the £££ to spend

He's going to be cheaper and has more left in him then a past it Henry.
 
Would Utd go in for Adriano? Not sure if he's wanting to come to England, but he's available for free afaik? Not sure if he suits Utd though.

Yeah I heard that, he paid himself out of Inter to get back home in Brazil didn't he?

Would love to sign someone like Adriano, not sure if he'd suit Fulham or not, but wouldn't mind some sort of star player to throw in the mix.
 
According to sources... It's a natural thing for a leeds/former leeds player to aspire to. It must be inspiring to know no matter how lowly your origins if you get your head down, work hard and show real talent then one day the proper united might show an interest.

Then when they finally get to play for them they can enjoy getting beaten by their former club ;)
