Just gotten 4 air kills in a B-25 and wrecked 2 - 3 bases also

Its good fun when fighters park right behind your gunners

Noice!

I did a similar job lastnight using my IL4 as a bomber hunter

Parked it behind a blenheim, angled it to allow front and dorsal gunners to get him, and they aced his pilot through the skull. (I should mention that my IL4 gunners are very well trained).
I then followed a B25 around for 10 minutes, dodging his tail gunner fire, and slowly cutting him apart with my gunners again.

Eventually he took out my tail control, so I dived at their tanks and released my load all over them (aw yeah!) before giving myself a fiery burial.

Then, right as the battle was about to end, that B25 bought the farm and gifted me the kill :cool:

Really missing this game! I've managed to fit in a few 15-20 minutes tank games over the past few weeks and that's it. Not enough time spent with my TrackIR tbh

Pasty smash doggy - with keyboard mounted on her back and the screen in front you both - bes of both worlds.

Though don't be on TS if this is the case

and she may try to be a back seat pilot and say which way to turn and dive etc (double entandt.............)

right, gonna say a few bits about it.

If you play SB and possibly RB, it's for you.

War thunder looks absolutely amazing on the OR however:

The resolution is only 480p per eye, so what you see is relatively poor quality.

Forget TrackIR, the head tracking on this is sublime, you look over your shoulder IRL is what shows on the headset, it's a 1 for 1 of RL movements.

As said the res is low, it's enough for you to enjoy it however in RB i couldn't identify ground targets to smash them, plus cockpit only for me made it hard

e: I would say that the first release of consumer version is a day one purchase for me now, however until they can get 1080p per eye it isnt really worth it to the enthusiast simmer

On another note, the IS-2!!!!!

It says a lot for a tank when yours truly goes 11-0, one shots all round and no damage taken for the entire round, whilst out in the open. That included 3 tiger 1's, 2 IS-1's and loads of panzers.

Holy **** that tank is so good!

I needs me the IS-2. The IS-1 is just silly good. Right gaijin just take my money.....premium for a bit here I come.....
