******Official War Thunder Thread*******

Only just getting into this and it's pretty fun! Currently level 4 with the Russians and just bought the mig. Any helpful tips?
 
You'll get more XP points playing HB (it's what I started on). However, the OcUK crowd tend to join arcade just because it's a bit of a laugh
 
Basically, in HB, you start on the ground and have to return to your base for ammo.
There's a few more things I'm sure but I can't remember offhand :)
 
I'm up for joining the squadron, I'll have a search for it tonight when I'm online.

Currently level 7 British and Russian are my best levels, gives me some disgustingly powerful Beaufighters and a pair of IL-2's that I love :D
 
Going to get some time in tonight again. Not on long though, fell asleep in a meeting at work today so need an early night :o

Had a great game tonight, loving my new Spitfire mkIIb :) I quite like the D.520 though, nice plane for hit and run, cannon has a lot of punch but unfortunately only 60 shells.
 
Too true Kwango, too true. Sorry I didn't get on properly last night, was too tired in the end, just had a quick blast and gave up. Hopefully will get some time in over the next few days, got a lot going on though.

Ah yeah, forgot that *duh* It's Matt_fsr

Not sure whether I'll be on over the next week or so, i'm away on holiday. Cottage I'm staying at has wifi, but no idea if it'll be any use for gaming.
 
Hopefully will be Chris, probably around 9pm or later - with some of my slighly n00bier friends hopefully.

Add me on the in-game friends if you like... not sure I'm up to any acrobatics though, unless it involves sending acrobatical rockets into people's PBY's :D
