Sadly once you move up into tier 6 and 7 it becomes seriously out matched in manoeuvrability and only really effective against bombers, the rockets come in handy too...

Just need the lions to buy the tier 11 variant now, can't wait to try it out....

Does anyone actually help other people? I'm always seeing people in need of help so I go to them. Whenever I have fighters on my tail no one ever does anything!

I'm about to collapse after an allnighter, the game is fun.. a lot of fun.

I've noticed that from one round to the next the quality in gameplay can change so much, it is just luck of the draw what kind of players end up in the game and which side they play on. Much like most other online games I've played.

I'm Tim_Enchanter ingame and will send a squadron request sometime soon.

It really is a great game, and your right Tim, it is hugely dependant on who you get paired with. I want to try getting better at HB and be able to actually do something in them, but I die everytime unfortunately, rather quickly too.

I feel there is more kids playing in AB than HB, so HB is probably the place to be.

i like HB it would be good to fly with a group instead of solo. The xp and lions are amazing with premium plane and account.

I've spent the last few weeks playing a lot of lvl 1 russian just to improve my skills and learning new techniques and its helped a lot.

so is it better to get and start using new planes as soon as they become available or keeping an upgraded version?

Example, i have a reasonably well pimped spitfire mk1 but have unlocked the completely virgin mk2. So do you use new planes all the time or maybe jump a tier before you start on a fresh, unmodified plane while keep upgrading the early version?

Personally if the newer plane is one I intend to use a good amount then I start with it as soon as I can so that I start gathering experience and upgrades with it and try and forget the trusty old version.
But yes if I'm aiming at one that is another tier up then I'll stick with the old until I get the target plane, some newer version planes just aren't enough of an improvement to put into service.

Squad application sent by me a few minutes ago.
