Oh Mr Bain, at least you may get a stable connection at the hotel :p I have not been able to get on much recently for one reason or another. Hopefully that will improve over the next few weeks.

As soon as me and Mrs S have our own place again then I will have more free time in the evenings. At the minute I have to drive her about a lot and we only get the evenings to see each other so it makes gaming a daytime activity rather than at night.
 
Don't suppose you lot have room for one more sometime?

Been playing the game and stalking this thread on and off since xmas, predominantely brit fighters/bombers and to a lesser degree US naval fighters/bombers. I also have the mighty H6K for pratting around in every now and then :)

The more the merrier mate. Apply to the squadron and myself or someone of the other dudes will accept you. What's your ingame name?

One thing i forgot to mention - I'm a stick user and rarely play arcade, mostly stick to realistic but im also getting back into simulation now that its finally been taken off ger/rus
 
Long time lurker of the forum, decided to sign up for this as been playing it a lot recently. Currently working down the GB tech tree and enjoying it despite not quite getting the hang of firing on people effectively, where to/how to attack people the best with each plane and the finer points like that. I do alright though, so can't be that shocking!

Any advice for the GB tech that I'm using? I'm at the level of unlocking the planes on the Typhoon horizontal.
 
I am flying a lot in RB myself! The Spitfire Mk2 A is quite good fun, it really has some pace on it, but lacks the firepower. With a bit of patience you can achieve some good kills, but must be precise!

Wont be long 'til all of us are sitting there with full on cockpit style simulators :p
 
Hi All,

Looooong time of inactivity on these forums, only recently made aware of this fantastic waste... I mean use of my evenings and random Sundays.

I've had a couple of flights out with you guys courtesy of Mr Brains and Mr Matt_FSR. I think it's time to do the honourable thing, and make a honest pilot of myself, if you would have me.
