The ELC AMX was changed in the last patch to not turn when you reach the traverse limit. They may take this change back out again, but it wont be till 8.5 at the earliest.

I found it made quite a change to my enjoyment of that tank.
 
Is it just me, but since the WoT client patched 2day. The game has just become stuttery and laggy.

It never used to be, until 2day :(

Everything else on the internet is fine and steaming is great.
 
I don't think I get any real lag but I did notice some of the lower tier tanks don't have enough sound samples and it's almost like the audio is stuttering which gives the impression the game is suffering from graphics lag
 
first time ive been able to play during the week for a while and my gosh. i thought the idiots only came out at weekends? im just experiencing rubbish teams one after the other, its just becoming depressing watching one half of the map being left wide open and 5 heavies sitting at the flag.

might be negative reinforcement but i cant remember so many 15-2 or 3 scores in a long time.

I had a 15 - 0 earlier, albeit we won, but still :p.

Depressing isn't it? I think I only won about 1 in 10 public matches last week and over the weekend, at least that what it feels like! Even if you do ok and actually get someone helping on your flank and win it, you look up at the tanks remaining to find that you're the only ones left and the enemy have only lost the 4-5 you killed :(

haha I've been on the other side of it but it shouldn't be this way. imo its much more interesting when these things are a bit more level.

glad I'm not the only one experiencing it. its probably not helping that I'm trying to grind my cent and caernarvon which left on their own to defend a flank gives you the distinct feeling you are driving some flora buttery on wheels.

Funny that isn't it. Practically the entire team goes lemming train one way and meet 5-6 tanks on the enemy team. You and maybe one or two other tanks go to cover the remaining flank(s) and meet 5-6 tanks coming the other way and yet you are the ones left at the end and get utterly surrounded when the remaining enemy force come around behind you. How can 8-10 tanks fail so hard on the other flank to leave you in this position - I've never fully understood that.

All hiding behind a rock, one going out at one at a time to 5 tanks until there are no others left.
 
Cos nobody knows when to push the advantage. Massive numbers advantage? Potential flanking opportunities? Completely moot when the idiots hide behind a rock afraid to take a hit so they can push up and weaken the enemies position.

I don't know why but i'm currently not enjoying playing T8 tanks anymore. Used to really like that tier in the Ferdi but been playing it a bit in it, the Pershing and Tiger 2 these past few days and just not enjoying myself, just sold the ferdi this afternoon because of it. T6 & 7 i'm still enjoying, just not my previous favourite tier :/

I might be imagining things but it feels like the matchmaker is placing me at the bottom more often than not when on T8's since the new server came online but that could just be in my head.
 
Yea in my tiger 2 I'm nearly always vs a lot of tier 9 and tier 10 tanks I can't really penetrate from a safe distance and obviously I'm unable to brawl with them close enough to hit weak spots..
It feels like tiger 2 is a waste of time now unless you buy premium ammo.
I think I'm around 100k exp towards the e-75 though so I guess I will keep the tank and only use it for the daily bonus

I have the most fun in tier 5-7 with type58 and type t-34 everything seems a lot more balanced where as high tier is a ding fest if your in tier 8 vs tier 9/10

Aye that's how i've been feeling with the Tiger 2, although mine isn't fully upgraded yet it has everything but the top gun so still using the 88. Starting to wonder whether it's because my name has started showing in blue on the lists now too, get better at the game and start becoming more of a target lol.

Thrice last night (twice in Tiger 2 and once in the Pershing) i ended up in Campinovka and do the usual push to the top of the hill, start peek-a-booing shots with the other side then noticed the T9 and 10 heavies still sitting way back down in the woods without having moved. The third time when they still wouldn't move after i asked i high tailed it from the top of the hill, parked in the south east corner and went and made coffee.

I dunno, players just seem to have turned into zombies lately.

Thats a polite way of putting it. Had the same on several games, big tier X's hanging back and getting slaughtered one at a time. Pretty sure young kids are playing these tanks due to the complete lack of skill and idiocy. You try to ask them to move forwards and you either get no response because they don't read the chat or they can't speak english. I thought the End User Agreement you sign up for means the official language is english and thats what you should communicate in? Seems this is not the case more and more often.

Also, seem to be getting a lot of games where you'll get a T-50-2 and a very low tier tank in a platoon completely scuppering any chances of a win. Or worse, a Maus and an A20 or something - I always report them for "unfair play" but I doubt anything ever gets done about it.

Played some War Thunder last night and I have to say, with the recent upsurge in retards in WoT I know where I might be spending most of my time now!

I have to agree it seems wot is full of players that can't play the game as team, tier 10 battles are now full of noobs (used to be noob free zone). The developers just keep adding new tanks instead of adding new modes game, features and fixing bugs.

For me the game for me is no longer fun, its full of noobs ,annoying features, bugs, not enough variety good riddance :)
