** Official World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria Thread**

new patch this week adds the new OQueue type cross realm raid browser, also the ability to finally send hierlooms and boas cross realm/cross faction.

Will actually give me an excuse to play a bit more as ive been getting a bit burned out with the usual routine of raids as theres not much content atm if you have been playing since MOP launch
 
Lots of rage over at official forums about the new store button on menu bar... How anyone can say its ruining their game is beyond me. This is what I added to that thread...

I really am struggling to find out how an new option/button can cause so many people to rage. it does not have any affect on the game whatsoever. It doesn't make some crappy player suddenly amazing it doesn't get in the way as the button has been there since always, it has just a different look to it. No one is telling you to use it.

To the people who have supposedly un-subbed due to this little button... you are very sad indeed. I have no idea what is going through your mind. How more childish can you be. It is borderline insanity. How you cope with life it beyond me. Really is.

I logged in this morning after the update and noticed the button. I clicked it and thought 'oh that's cool' I had a little look at the mounts I could buy. Very nice. I clicked out of it and carried on questing. Now.. how can this break your game or be a game changer? I looked, clicked and closed. I carried on playing. It took less than 30 seconds of my time and I will not be clicking it again as far I can tell as there is nothing there of interest to me. And people saying the Store icon is thrust into their faces every time they log on.. IT IS NOT. Its just there doing absolutely nothing at all.

Jesus, this is the stupidest thing I have ever read on any forum.

As for the future. Yeah I presume Blizzard will be adding more stuff. I would think XP potions being a top seller. Same again, if someone wants to use this service then that's fine BUT it will NOT interfere with YOUR game one bit. If you feel that seeing some one level 3 times to your one level really ruins YOUR game play then I suggest actually go and visit some sort of medical professional for help.

Doesn't sound that bad to me! Rarely play these days apart from the odd, Monday, Wednesday or Sunday wee raid run. Will go on tonight for the update and raid.
 
Isn't this button just an in game version of the blizzard store that has existed for quite some time already? The button was there last patch as well, It just didn't do anything.
 
Newb yup you can send any Boa's or hierlooms, handy if you have lots of the archeology boas or the timeless armour boa's.

The ingame store is just convenience as far as im concerned, means i dont need to log into battlenet to goto the store.

For anyone who bought the virtual blizzcon ticket they should also have an email to complete a survey. It hinted at future blizzcons having some additional features for virtual ticket buyers, such as being able to play the floor demos while at home :)
 
Well i thought id update

Killed IJ Hc and guild also have Malorok Hc (sp), sat out 2 weeks to let ex raider get some gear as we are readying for new Addon.

Got to Dark Shamens last night on Hc in 2 hours...............

Unless I'm mistaken I think you will find buying game time on a 1/3/6/12 month basis from your account options will give you the best deal.

Unless you mean the scratch card game time, which won't be the best value for money either.

Yeh saves me about £1-2 so i might as well do it on battle net.
 
Guy's they have announced the Diablo III expansion RoS for the end of March 2014, that's bad because if WoD was coming first we would have a date by now, and as they would never run RoS/WoD head to head it means we're looking at Q3 2014 for WoD at the very earliest :( what the hell are we supposed to do until then? lol.
 
Yea i saw that about the D3 addon I think they did something similar when D3 come out, WOW went Dead for a few months then about 1 month before expansion they all come back as D3 was done.

Got 2 weeks off raiding over christmas so will be a nice break :)
