** Official World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria Thread**

Just rolled an alliance toon to have a play and i've come across this "realm merge" concept quite quickly - in that everything is now farmed out and there's a queue for all the starting area quest mobs.

Another moronic idea from Blizzard I see. I guess this one is an attempt to mask the fact that the subscriber base is dropping like flies by shoving everyone together and going "look how busy the game is!".

What servers are the majority of ocuk people on? I only really do PVP but like having normal English speakers around ;) Not played since the first week of MOP and before that the third week of cata, fell out of love for the game but hoping to get re addicted(ish)

I don't know why, but I re-subbed to pass some time over xmas, I'm on ragnaros alliance, 3 lvl 90's, if anyone is up for grinding, pvp or whatever.

Out of interest what will people be doing when the new expansion comes out, will u be dinging a new toon to 90 or a previous toon u havnt really done much of. What classes will u guys be doing and why lol

will prob stick with my current main of resto/balance druid, get it to 100 and work on the garrison which from what ive read will be pretty much required.

Ive 8 @ 90 so i dont think ill rush to boost a new toon to 90.

Generally speaking i usually heal or tank when an expansion first launches, certainly on my main its all about getting to 100 as quick as possible, on alts i can take time to see all the zones etc.

For those people who are either new or wanting to start from scratch (like me), using the official forums I found a guild that is soon starting on Chamber of Aspects server and will be enforcing level caps at 60/70/80/85.

Might want to check it out.

Wow that guild looks very promising. I will be looking into this! Handy too its on Aspect of Chambers, considering the last OCUK reroll guild fizzled out after a month on there

come join mate, already like 40+ sign ups and starts new years day.

only issue is that they do not allow heirlooms to be used.

i find the opposite with rerolls, the guilds ive been in have been healthy upto the final cap (be it 85 or 90 at the time)

People get so used to lol mode through content that the minute they hit current content they wet themselves and stop playing because they may actually have to learn a few tactics at max level.

Ive done the whole reroll guild thing and got burned by it so now i prefer to be ultra casual unless im in a guild of people i know

The Sham loved the reroll guild, has fond memories and met some great people.

I like the concept of reroll/cap as it meant I could do the raids that I never did as I always stayed away from them in the early days of wow.
Its as close to the sense of achievement that might of originally been felt (I thought so anyway). It certainly wasn't all faceroll.

I put a lot of effort and time into reroll and was saddened when it all started to break apart. You need a GM who is committed for the long haul as I've seen so many occasions since "A ship without a rudder will most certainly founder".

I like the sound of this reroll and will certainly check it out, with the right people taking charge and actively leading, not just sitting back and inviting countless socials hoping people will find their own fun.

id be up for a new home for sure, if only to give me something to do before warlords, moonglade is as dead as can be but if its a reroll do you go into the unknown or go with something you have played before and enjoy hmmmm

Well technically people are logging on and there are a few 90's but the sense of community is zero.

I must admit I have not been on for over a week maybe a little longer but that is purely due to working in retail and at Xmas as you should know is a bugger. :p Long hours and lots of days means no play for me. Once new year is over and life returns back to normality than I will be back on. As for it being dead, I log in on my mobile at work and I always see plenty of people online and yes the community spirit isnt there as much as it was at first. Maybe its because of the time of year and people have other things to do? I am not sure on that. Dont forget it was just meant for getting some toons ready for WoD for OcUK members. How they went about doing it was up to themselves. However if there isnt muhc happening in /g or people not grouping up thats real shame :-(
