The BIGGEST time sink in the game. This is contrary to everything you been arguing for! :D

I do care yeah, I put a lot of time back in the day into farming titles and rare mounts, so I could just afk outside Shattrath and have everyone come up and inspect. Felt good!

I don't understand it, really. If you don't mind me asking, what do you do for a living? I'm far more likely to be impressed by that.
 
To me, TLPD is more "right place, right time". It's almost so crazy that it can't simply be farmed with infinite time, because the spawn rate is that mad.

Its always a good way to shift lots of stuff quickly.

Gold isnt valuable in wow anymore since its all vanity stuff to buy with it and without doing cutting edge raiding theres no way im using BMAH or buying raid gear etc. So i have fun undercutting.

Most of the guys who dominated AH economies were the ones freaking out when connected realms were emerging as they had cornered their own market for ages.

I always use sites like Undermine Journal to get an idea of whats selling well on realms and then go undercut :) passes some time in a pre expansion lull :p

Interesting point. I've got well over 100 flasks on the AH at the moment and have never seen them over 50g each, whilst one guy constantly lists at 80g a pop and complains constantly to me and others about our prices because he could get that a year ago lol. Its slow going trying to figure out what sells the best though so far as the competition is fierce.
 
Blizzard really does know how to screw some of the player base dont they. New 2 week buff in place now which improves black prince rep by 100% and also increases the dropchance of any of the legendary components of the quest line. Sounds great, yet theres loads of people, just like me, stuck in the first or second week of "a test of valor", meaning by the time I finish that step, I don't get the benefit of the buff as it'll have expired by then. ****

That step made me laugh. May as well made it a quest that says "Wait three weeks". :D
 
I'm Knight Champion (Rank 9) on my alliance Warrior and I had Champion (Rank 10) on an old Orc warrior account, those were the days, wrecking people with Arcanite Reaper :(

Could never really spend the time to get past Rank 10, crazy grinding system.

Would've hoped they would have dropped the weekly valor requirements or removed it completely to go hand in hand with this buff.
Almost had the motivation to go out and do this for my alts, but not sure I will anymore.

Got legionnaire on my priest, which is rank 8 I think. Wish I had pushed for a higher rank given how much free time I had back then
 
Playing Wildstar has made me want to play wow. Not touched it in over 4 years.

Gonna by MoP tonight and get my PvP on. Wildstar PvP just isn't doing it for me.
 
whoohoo, a wow thread :)

Been playing for years, just cant get to raid as often as I would like now due to new baby girl, but trying to fit in the time.
