It doesn't show most of the dungeons and raids I've done....

It shows I've never done Karazhan, Gruul'sand other while I'm wearing the Items from it. Same for loads of BC Heroics...:mad:

It seems like a rather pointless thing to me if it's so inacurate, but hell if people want to make it the only thing they focus on really good for them.

I'll start playing again when Cata launches, want to try alliance and a Worgen, already faction swapped an alt to alliance so I can get some gold :p

yeah, my original vanilla char didn't have any of the old stuff counted for either. and i can't really be bothered to go back through all the old content - solo or not - to just get 10 points here and there. i'm not bothered about the figure, i'm more bothered about the morons that discriminate and 'judge' based on the arbitrary time-sink statistic.

You shouldn't communicate with such people anyway, so you're not missing anything due to that.

I know that there are plenty who judge a player based on their GearScore, but I'm surprised that there are those who judge you based on your achievement score. Can't be that widespread, surely?
 
Well I'm on my first alliance charcter, decided to go for Human warrior instead of waiting for a worgen.

From what I'm seen, Worgen look a bit naff as warrior, specially with a two handed sword and plate.

I might still try them when Cata is out but I doubt I'll level one up.

Only thing I'd be worried about is that it isn't friendly to new people who want to do arena? Not that I know much about PvP anymore because it bores the crap out of me! :p

Well, I think they would make the blue starting PvP set (like the Savage one in WoTLK) available from honour and justice points. This way everyone would be able to get it fairly easily.

It probably wont happen though.
 
In the process of getting my third level 80. Just unsure which class to have.

I have a level 73 DK but i'm not sure i want a DK. Levelling Northrend again is such a grind aswell. Got a level 42 shaman and all the other classes range from levels 20-40.
 
I finally started playing the game i clocked up an hours play (got to go work early tomorrow morning:() i decided on a human priest on the frostmane pvp server.
Anyway i set out to play it to be the most helpful and cheerful player you could find. For the first 15 mins of asking randoms if they needed help or if i could tag along. My replys were "no thanks" and "why do i need help at this level lol" and "im trying to level as quick as possile". They had a point but i just replied with "its just for fun no problem". i finaly found someone who wanted some fun and it was great whether he went i followed. He knew no fear with a priest at his side thoes level 2 kobolds didnt stand a chance.
We done some quest together and i got to level 6, which i didnt pay any attention to as i was having fun. He went to dinner and he said thank for the help. My mission was complete, THATS what i wanted from my very short journey with this player. Now i shall move onto the next player and see what adventures fall upon us:)
 
Phase 2 of the elemental invasion was a bit weak :( some nice lore build up going into it but man just two missions. Really hope it picks up soon with only 4 weeks left they best get destroying stuff quick !

I want to see oggy in FLAMES !!! MWHAHAHA (im horde btw :p )

Keep in mind that the achievement system was implmented quite late. WoW was not setup to account for achievements in Vanilla or TBC. I mean that would be a MAMMOTH of a task to try and work out what every single char had ever done in there wow play time.

Well if you had done a kill quest or got an item off the end boss (and still got it on you) you'll have the achievement. I got a few old world achievements what way.

That is an awesome attitude to have while playing, and Im glad you got a great result in the end :)
