Didn't hear it but apparently the young lad of the sprint team admited he fell off on purpose because he got a slow start! :eek:

If he did I suspect we haven't heard the end of that. Hope there is no route to have those medals took off them!

The commentator mentioned this a while ago.

He said it looked like Hindes got a dodgy start, was a bit off-balance and any other cyclist would recover and carry on. But track cycling is so close time-wise, track riders normally just throw themselves off to bag the restart.
