One Night Ultimate OcUK Werewolf - Game 1

I suggest we deal with who we think were originally each role first. It's going to get confusing if you start saying I'm a werewolf because of a swap that you may or may not have done.

I had taken Kill's comments as a claim - if he's now not claiming troublemaker then we need to hear what he really is, because it will affect the logic process. Personally a weaker claim stands out more to me as a lie than Brab's initial claim which I think was strong enough, but not as strong as Pookie's.
 
wow, an explosion of posts over the last hour, an explosion in more ways than one!

Let me get something clear on the rules first - because roles can change are we looking for the werewolves where they currently are after all the swapping?

There's a lot of twisting and turning going on in my head now and I'm starting to get a bit confused so I'll just lay my cards on the table as I see them. I had Chris pegged as a wolf or minion as he claimed the 3rd villager role after I did, unless Shami is lying, but Short confirmed that as the Robber and Pookie's logic makes sense.

So if Pookie is troublemaker and swapped Brab with Chris then in my head that makes Brab the wolf or minion. So what was Brab's original role? If he is lying then I can only assume it was Wolf/Minion too.

So, my two suspects are Brab and Chris but, and it's a big but. It depends on who the REAL troublemaker was in Brab and Pookie. Pooke has certainly sounded more confident to me.
 
Oh, one thing I just thought of, perhaps Brab and Chris are both the wolves. They have both been quite vocal and quite ready to agree with one another.

Further conviction for me.
 
The logic of Shami being seer from short trickys confirm is sound.

Egon or Chris has to be a wolf or minion. Neither has proved innocence.

Likewise kill or pookie does as I'm the trouble maker.
 
Well, Brabbinho, you've managed to convince me that both you and Chris were on the same side at the start of the game - as I've swapped the pair of you, yet you continue to maintain your charade. If you had been on opposite sides, you should have leapt on the chance to come clean and help the villagers win, yet still you argue...

So, based on dodgy behaviour, the bad guys are Brabbinho (lying about his role), Chriscubed (indicted by Brabbinhos failure to give up telling fibs when I've made it clear who roles I swapped) and K1LLSW1TCH (making "may be" statements and then running away). My conviction is in that order. And just to reiterate, I swapped Brabbinho and Chriscubed (well, Leprechaun did, I just volunteered to take over cos it kinda sucked watching the game go by with everyone speaking but him).

Of course, if you are a werewolf then that all falls apart. You've very logically pointed out (repeatedly) why Chris must be the werewolf, but you really want to gloss over the fact that you also claimed the typical werewolf role.

Pookie may well sound more confident. But then Brabb claimed first and I know that's important to you ;)

Regardless of everything else,I am convinced you were a werewolf. Now, in my head, it's just a case of working out whether you still are :D

You're right, of course it would fall apart. But I'm not a wolf, I can be 100% certain on that because nobody has claimed to have switched me either, so therefore my original villager role still stands. I can only work on the facts I am given and Chris claimed my role after me. Quite why you've fixated on me and completely ignored Chris I don't know. Chris seems to have done a very good job of manipulating the village and deflected most of the heat away from himself.

I also don't get this... Chris picked up on this earlier too. I'm not glossing over anything, I stated my role, just like everyone else stated theirs, I'm not sure what else you expect from me here. You're forgetting Chris claimed the same 'typical werewolf' role too.

tbh a clever werewolf would claim a role that caused a bit more chaos, take pookie as an example. He's come in today, claimed troublemaker and it's opened a can of worms. Why villager is seen as the 'typical werewolf' role is beyond me.

Hopefully Shami and Kill will post tonight because we only have 5 of us posting here and we could do with input from the whole village before we make some decisions.

Villager is the typical werewolf role because there are 3 of them, and they have no information to offer the group.

I haven't forgotten Chris claimed it too. How could I when you keep reminding everyone :D.
 
You exaggerate sir! I've claimed my suspicions along with everyone else. Chris has equally cast his aspersions on to me.

It's gone quiet, home/dinner/tea time I guess.
 
I think Killswitch may be the minion. He's drawn attention to himself then vanished, but if we kill him then the werewolves still win. My suspects for the two werewolves are Chris and Brabbinho.
 
Sorry I've not posted in a while, had a crazy busy afternoon. Interesting developments while I was away though!

Pookie, I am (or at least was) the 3rd villager. After Shami claimed the first two villagers, I could have dived in at that point and claimed the 3rd, but I laid out my plan to post my role later so that I could counter-claim whoever claimed my role, then I followed through with my plan. The reason I did this was that I felt that as I was the only villager, I was no use to the village except to counter-claim when someone inevitably claimed the villager.

I had previously thought Brab's claim was stronger than K1LL's (who didn't?!) but that was before we had a 3rd troublemaker claim. K1LL hasn't posted at all today which hasn't helped, hopefully we'll hear from him before the end.

This is assuming that Pookie is telling the truth?

Egon really seems to want you to die...seems odd if you're on the same team?
 
That does seem odd, but which one is wrong out of that list? Pookie?

Also I know iviv said that allegiance at the end of the game is all that matters, but does that mean if I start as villager and end up werewolf, I then lose if a werewolf dies?
