Possible, but it would be a random guess for the group whether I did or not.
 
I swapped chris and brabbinho.

Exactly the same thing happened last game. I claimed a role early then someone 'validated' my claim and they turned out to be a werewolf. So naturally I'm suspicious of shorttricky :p
 
So if Chris robbed me and you swapped Chris and brab, that would make Brabbinho a villager now (and free to tell us if he was lying earlier), Chris would be whatever Brabbinho was originally (villager occurring to Brabbinho, but my reasoning makes this 50% unreliable) and I'd be the robber

If Chris lied about his target because he robbed a werewolf Brabbinho would now be that werewolf

If shami is lying then my head hurts!
 
Looks like it's down to Chris and Brabbinho to react to the latest information. If either has lied its in their interest to come clean, if both are adamant that they have told the truth it looks bad for egon
 
I told the truth, so no new information from me I'm afraid, but if Brab was dealt werewolf or minion then he may as well come clean - I personally would lose, but he would win with the village. If he doesn't come clean, then we can probably assume he's a villager.
 
Ah, just seen Brab posted while I was typing. So Kaiowas and Brab were dealt villager.
According to Ekim, the 3rd villager is on the table - so Egon is lying, surely?
 
By my reasoning that makes Egon and shorttricky wolf and minion. Just need to work out which is which now, my gut says Egon for wolf anyone care to validate my reasoning or offer their own opinion?
 
Been stacked at work this afternoon so haven't had chance to chip in since my earlier posts. Will have a look through shortly and see if I can add anything.
 
As minion in the last game I was trying to be found out and voted for. So I claimed a role that would be disputed.

If those tactics are in play here that would make Tricky the minion and Egon the wolf

I am the seer. I didn't want to admit to this early on to see if someone else would claim my role. I looked in the middle and I saw a Werewolf at Card 2 and a Villager at Card 3.

That means we only have one Werewolf in play. I would suggest that Shami is the Werewolf and Short is the Minion.

However it still means we have one liar within the Villagers. I hid behind the villager as I knew it was in the middle and shouldn't have been claimed. So may the Werewolf is in fact in the other two villagers and Shami and Short are getting caught in cross fire?

I am not sure if I have played my hand too early in all this, or in fact should have called out earlier. My gut says Shami though.

Love it. Now I just have to decide if you're a wolf and you're hoping to line me up, or you're the minion and you're trying to get killed ;)

Based on your current claim this makes shorttricky look very bad. Waiting until last to claim, then claiming a role which at the time could not be counterclaimed but has since been so...

Shami doesn't look particularly guilty to my eyes. His only involvement would be to have been used as an alibi by shorttricky.

This leaves a situation where it appears as though shorttricky and either brabbinho/egon are minion/wolf with no clear sign as to which is which.

Or, Ekim lied (which he did). Not sure why I'm the dodgy one here...

a) he's a wolf - trying to move heat onto me
b) he's a minion - trying to get killed

I was the robber and stole a wolf. It was the only way I could think out of it. If I'd told the truth whoever I stole would have thrown me straight under the bus :eek:

That's basically my line of thinking although it's tempered by my feeling that in past games of mafia etc Egon has typically been a strong player and shorttricky has been a bit weaker which may explain his relatively poor play if he is not minion
