What did you end up doing with your S21U? I held mine in my hand for 5 mins and knew I wasn't going to keep it, felt too much like a top heavy brick, awkward to hold so returned it couple days later.

I had the S21U for a week, ended up sending back due to the cam being very average. It was a cumbersome beast and the final nail was the god awful bloat. The 8 Pro is much more comfortable to hold, better cams and much better software.

My 8 pro is destined for a family member. I've gone back to my Pixel 3 in the mean time. It's so tiny!

Amazon were pretty good at having the 8pro ready for launch day. Don't think they'll have any bundles but we'll see.

Camera wise the 8pro was already decent, this can only be better. Looking very forward to getting it.
 
So the screen got an A+ rating from DisplayMate, and apparently it can go down to 1Hz. Also has 360Hz touch response (Hyper Touch) where a video clip on Twitter shows how much more responsive it is vs the S21U.

It's also been confirmed the 9 series will get two years warranty instead of the usual one.

The hype is definitely real.. hope it's not all too good to be true. Can't help but feel the starting price will be higher than the launch 8 Pro price... 6 days to find out..

Think I'm going to order the bundle at 10am. I've been meaning to get a new backpack anyway and it's basically free. If for whatever reason don't end up ordering the 9Pro can just get a refund anyway.
 
Europe has had 2 years warranty since last year.

3 years of software updates should be the standard, let's hope oneplus improve their update game.

Seems they did. I tried to order it but the black rucksack was out of stock after about 10 minutes of the offer going live. Annoying! Not getting the white one.

I'm not because I don't know the pricing yet. £40 off sounds good but if they've bumped the price up even more then I'd rather wait for a sale.

I wasn't being entirely serious, it seems a bit crazy you're basically getting a free bag and daft hat if you decide to go for the phone or paying £40 for them if you don't and considering there's no pricing info out yet that's quite a gamble unless you're a die hard who will buy regardless.

If you decide not to get the phone you can just get a refund for the bundle, you know?
