Online Zombie Survival Game

Damn! My level 9 character has been slaughtered even though I last saw him alive and well in a heavily barricaded building :(

Where shall I head from Kinch Heights/Milverton Police folks?

Whoop :)

Note - I'm laying dead in Kebby way school for whats its worth, I'm not standing up yet as I'll just get headshotted and keep losing XP

Post your id and name here so I can add you to my rev' guy. I will move him over to the school and try and rev' you now.

**Edit**
No worries, I've got your id from one of my alt's (OcUK Zico) who is also dead inside Kebby school. Killed by the same damn guy who's killed me at least 3 times prior (Pk'ed by him and killed by him as a zombie). He's called Father Retribution.

Spent 1 syringe on him to pee him off making him human for a while. I've only got 1 syringe spare at the moment so will rev' you Whoop and leave myself for tomorrow.

Ok, I'm clearly not grasping this.

I waited about a day in a police dept collecting ammo. I then went out and tried to kill a zombie, got him down to about 10 hps and ran out of moves - I logged on with nearly a days worth - and came back 30 mins later and was dead.

Can't work out how to delete my guy. Would like to start again.

Let me get this right though... best thing to do is start with a firearms skill, then get some ammo, then wait until I have the full 50 moves, find a zombie, cap it, and run back to cover? That's about 3 days gone already. And then I repeat that until I get a level?

You need to make sure you save enough AP's to get back to a safe house (one that is barricaded to Very Strong preferably).

You can get up with 10 AP's and roam around as a zombie if you wish OR goto a specific location to get revived (you may find some buidlings are tagged with places that are used to revive zombies that don't wish to remain dead.

You can always start another character and not log into you existing guy for 5+ days (when the database will remove it). It's up to you really.

It seems that there are at least 7+ zombies between the school and the necrotech building below Urban General Hospital in Kinch Heights.

Suggest everybody from OcUK adds Father Retribution to there contact list so they can identify him and kill on site!

Add him to your contacts here.

Yep, I understand that.

But since it'd take me 10 moves on average to find a zombie, and 10 to get away afterwards, that leaves 30 moves to kill it.

Given I've a 30% chance to hit it for 5 damage, and it has 50, I need to get 10 shots in, and at a 30% chance that means 10/.3= 33 shots to kill a zombie on average...

So that means that I collect ammo for a day, then find a zombie and have, what a 50/50 chance of killing it. And then I have to wait another day.

Which means it'll take me about a week to get a level....

That seems like an awful amount of time.

It's not really a fast paced game.

I've found it easier to be a Medic and just sit in a hospital and heal others to get enough XP to improve my gun skills.

As for finding zombies to shoot, take a look here on the wiki, it shows which suburbs are most active with zombies.

Sometimes you find that when you step outside they are right there, other times you can go round in a loop and not see 1. This is why I think it's easier to start as a medic as you can find humans to heal in almost any building without the need to spend precious AP on finding them.

Hmm, that was Halkus that was the soldier guy. I think Halk is a medic. Lemme break him out. Might be a doctor...

You are Halk and you are dead. You have 0 Hit Points and 13 Experience Points. You have 50 Action Points remaining.

Heh.

Often Zombies are not at full health too, if you find a place where lots of people reside (I suggest one of the armouries, or maybe Caiger Mall up in the North West) then there will always be zombies around, and always people who half kill them but don't fully, as you have found.

Great :)

I'm lying dead outside Kebby Way School now (I'm guessing you haven't got here yet as it doesn't say anything about being revived in the since your last move part), I'll continue to stay here dead and have a quick scout round with an alternate character.
I recommend using an alternative to find the zombies then you don't wander about, you head straight in that direction ;)

Thannks Zico, I'm at work all day anyway so I'm not in a rush. :(

I had Zico 2 (my alt with rev skills) right above Kebby Way School. I came straight down and saw you there but it said I couldn't revive the recent dead. I will try again now.

**Edit**

Won't allow me to revive, same message about you being recently dead. You have to stand up before I can revive you. Post here what time you will stand him up and I will get online to revive you asap.

I was going to heal you as well Whoop but my guy just died right next to the school. Zico could you heal the 2nd zombie that will be standing outside the school as well.

Post your id here so I can make sure I have you in my contact list. Then I can specifically select you and Whoop.

I've had to retreat to St Hubertus's Hospital for the moment and have 0 AP's so I won't be ready until about 6pm to make sure I have enough spare AP's to rev and hide again. I think I have 2 rev syringes left (hopefully).

Just in time. Logged out of Xbox Live! to check the thread and it was bang on 18:12pm

I've rev'd you Whoop.

Anybody else who needs reviving, I'm sorry but I have no more syringes or AP's for today. You can try you luck by standing up where you are OR going to St Aidan's Church in Kinch Heights (if it's still marked as a revive spot).

Zico is a hero, and I'm now level 10. Must get somewhere safe this time.

I'm hiding in the Samways Walk Railway Station for now, Extremely Heavily barricaded. Can't move anywhere else for tonight as I have 1 AP :(.

I find that St Hubertus's Hospital and St Agatho's Hospital are a little safer hospitals to stay in rather than Urban General. I still stay in nextdoor buildings though as they are often barricaded more and are less prone to attack.

I searched for medi kits and then hid in the library, uptil now I've always been in the Heavily barricaded school so I was shocked to die. Not safe anywhere :o

Thanks again though. :)

As a zombie, do you hide in open buildings or are there other places that you go? Graveyards have anything special?
