Just ordered the ml110 myself. However I've paid 135 including delivery cause it was out of stock everywhere I looked. Ah well, really want one :)

Ahh coolio, ive got an ml110 sat in the office as my little play thing and a couple of ml115s to test our systems upon and evaluate new settings. Loaded with even 3gb ram and they are little fliers.

Sounds like a good bargain. I havent bought a server/desktop since the P4 northwood and its just incredible how much prices have come down. You can get some extremely nice specced machines for 200-300 quid.

Gonna grab 4gb of ram and throw in a couple terabyte drives for storage hehe.

Have you added a second controller? as the on board doesn't support RAID5.

Ordered a ML110 G5 last week for £98 ex VAT.

Seems a good deal for what you get... basic NAS boxes usually cost more than this :p

Don't suppose anyone knows if the Xeon 3065 supports HypeV?

Do you mean Hyper-V? If so these Xeons have the VT tech in them so yes

yup, Microsoft Hyper-V

so would probably just mean a BIOS upgrade and i can play with that some more.

Got hyper-V running on a Dell poweredge with 32GB of ram 15 slot DAS box with plenty of Segate 15K drives at the moment and it's great, soo easy to test new servers by just copying a default OS file.
