Played my first placement match since January, my god I suck hard.
I hit Gold leagues a few months ago, struggling getting off the ground now. I just feel so sluggish.

Well in the few times I've seen this I was going blue flame opening off of a gas first and I still didn't have enough gas to get a siege tank and siege by the time it hit =/ and going really fast siege tank puts you way behind -_-
Zerg OP XD
Yeah I get that too when I don't play for a while. You'll get back into the zone after ~15 games
Just looked back at my match history from the past 2 weeks. Prior to this, I had a month long break where I didn't play at all, so that was before the recent patches and metagame shift.
TvT 4-0
TvZ 4-0
TvP 2-6
I just don't understand how to beat protoss. I gather that I am supposed to do early damage etc but everything I've tried seems to be quite easily defended, and ends up damaging me more than the enemy. Gonna revert to the good ol' 111 SCV all-in methinks, much as it pains me to do so.

Wanna punch whoever thought it would be cool to have a suicide unit in SC2.
If you are referring to banelings, then they play a vital part in the zerg army. Clearly too powerful to leave as a unit that can attack multiple times, but likewise quite an expense on a unit that doesn't regenerate.
Yep Banelings -_-
Hate them damn things. Worse than fungals and maybe even storm.
BTW Sheep, you should download the TSL4 Korean Qualifier replays (They've released all of them from the four quals they've had so far which is over 200 replays each qual) some great games in there to learn from.
