Ill try get on for some games tonight once the kiddos are in bed! But its a risky game playing comp incase they wake up as the misses is out tonight!

Anyone else going to be on?

I will forget about the last match!!!

Some good games again last night with imginy and musty, got unlucky on a couple.

Finally out of gold! I'd say imginy carried but I like to think I'm pulling my weight ;)

He certainly was a very good Brigitte for us a few nights ago. Might be on for a few tonight, but I guess it'll be almost a week off for me then with Xmas getting in the way and all :)

I been taking clips the last few days of stuff I found interesting playing at the higher ranks.

As soon as your team gets a couple of kills the whole team normally pushes forward together to roll over and chase down the rest of the enemy team, even if it means chasing them back near the spawn. Then once they are dead everyone pulls back together.

I found this choke hold interesting we were sat like this for quite a while.

lijang tower contests are crazy, this one round must have gone on for 10 mins of overtime, Both teams with a lucio and hammond spinning round and round. I stopped a sec to take the clip.

This Stagger on Dva earlier I thought good, everyone leaves her to get a new mech then jumps on for instant kill.

Ps have you guys seen the new mcree videos? His damage output now looks crazy.

What I was trying to say is there is no point shooting at tanks when there are other much easier to kill targets and shooting at a tank that is getting healed is wasting your shots.

Take rein for example, If you throw out your firestrike at an enemy tank the chances are he will just get healed and your damage is wasted and it hasnt helped kill anything.

But if you throw the firestrike at one of the 200hp characters it will either finish them off or make an easy kill for someone else.

There is some videos on kill priority on youtube that would explain it better.

My point was on my sons account I noticed most people just automatically going for the tanks first and are wasting a lot of damage that is just getting healed.

Good points about target priority, thanks. Regarding Firestrike, certainly during poke phase, I see it as a means for getting ult charge, and the other tanks that are slow moving (mainly Rein and Orisa) are an easy target. With ult charge in mind, I primarily aim for a group to get multiple hits. Firestrike is a slow moving projectile, so smaller targets typically get away the way at poke range, but they are definitely my priority at closer range.

Yeah you want to build as much ult as you can at the start, when I play lucio/sym/junk/rein I will normally shoot the door as they first walk out then run back.

Brig is a great target for rein to firestrike, I was playing against one the other day who was owning me with firestrikes.

I'm on most the day today if anyone wants some games.

I got play of the game yesterday and looking back at it I can see it clearly shows the point I was trying to make the other day about target priority.

While fighting dva I notice there is fighting going on further ahead, so as soon as we get the de-mech on dva rather than hang about I pop ult and rush off to help them, completely ignoring the winston and little dva.

All very efficient making light work of the enemy team.

Andy, Musty and I won 4 out of 5 yesterday, so it must have been you diamond boys pulling us down today :p;)
 
Hey Scott you should use mei more in comp. She is beast if you can headshot with her like that. So much ult charge and one ult from her and you normally have the point.

Im on using the gunmaster account again today if anyone wants some games.

I started playing some reaper for first time yesterday and was described as shockingly bad by my team mates. But I did pull off a couple of nice ults. I will post the clips later.
