Overwatch

His flashbang and fan the hammer combo (or double FtH with a roll) can kill any hero easily inside 20 meters without them being able to react or do anything as they are stunned almost instantly. It's too powerful.

Widowmaker can take him out easily
Zarya shield to herself or ally means you are immune
Genji can deflect

Any McCree worth their salt is not going to be running around in the open for Widow to take them out, and it's really obvious when Genji has his reflect up. Only character that realistically has a chance up close with him is Reaper unless you catch him with flashbang on cooldown or just zerg him.

Bit the bullet and picked this up. Only had time for a few games, still got no clue as to what's happening :) Have to say though, very good fun! I suspect it'll get more enjoyable once I learn the characters, what they can do etc.

Flashbang stun doesn't have anything near 20 meter range.

Road Hog is also a pretty decent counter to Mcree... the hook seems to have slightly better range than the flashbang so you can grab him before he gets a chance...

Also as others have said... Pharah destroys Mcree (and everyone else)... had some hilarious games on Ilios with Pharah using my concussive blast to knock people off the edges XD best one tonight was a Bastion who had just activated his ult :p

What the hell does dynamic reflections do? Apart from destroy frame rate? Between off and epic I see nothing?

Real time reflections of game objects/assets on any surface that supports it, such as puddles and metal surfaces while also keeping relative distance from the surface causing the reflection. I'd imagine the difference between low and epic is how many things are being reflected, such as environment, characters, lighting, weapon fire, particle effects, etc.

Macree? Really? Of the chars I think need balancing Macree isn't on that list. His flashbang range is tiny. He is a extremely close range fighter who only works at mid range if you have good aim.

The 2 I think need sorting out are Bastion because his turret does stupid dps even at long range and Reinhardt because his barrier is just ridiculous, it recharges too fast to make shooting it even worth bothering with. Maybe that's partly my teams never countering the 2 of them particularly well but Reinhardt in particular seems to be almost required as the tank in a lot of games just because of how OP that barrier is.

reinhardt is fine i think as he is now. bastion needs to be sorted yes, as well as torbjorn.
saying that i only play with pre-mades ranging from 4-6 people, i don't know how it is in pubs ;)

reinhardt is fine his shield is easy to take down, reinhardt is pointless without his shield so regen is fine

bastion is fine. many people wreck him a new one, however its something you learn over time. just new people think his OP.
the only thing i would like with bastion is reduce his 360 degrees turret foam reduced to 280 degrees, to make it easier to kill him from behind but he is fine

remember he takes double dmg from behind. most people forget that.
its fairly easy get behind him with
Tracer
Genji
D.VA
Winston
Pharah

Counter's Bastion (of top of my head)
Tracer (blink behind)
Genji (reflect)
D.VA (jump behind kill him or use sheild that blocks 100% dmg) or just walk up to him with sheild on
Winston (jump behind wreck him)
Pharah (shhot frrom outside his range. His dead)
Zenyatta (use alt fire x2 his dead)
Soilder 76 (shoot outside his range dead
roadhog (chain him out turret foam his dead)
Mei (alt fire 2 shots him :)
zarya alt fire over wall
reaper (teleport behind)
windowmaker fire from outside range

the only thing op with bastion is when his team defends him.

Plus don't forget that Reinhardt shield is basically just an Ult-factory - keep shooting it whenever there isn't anything better and get those Ults charged!

Bastion I think is okay as well, was tough at first but like all the heroes once you know how to counter them they're okay... Genji against Bastion is just funny, also Hanzo's scatter arrow is usually a 1-shot on Bastion...

The one combo I think can sometimes be tricky is Bastion + Reinhardt... the Reinhardt shield stops Genji's deflect working and Bastion makes it tough for the team to break the shield...
