BBC reporting that the gunmen in the theatre were mentioning Syria

French journalist Erwan Desplanques says a friend who was able to escape from the Bataclan concert venue has told him there were five or six gunmen there and they mentioned Syria during their attack. Bodies were seen lying on the ground.

There were several gunshots over five minutes, he says.

With this mass migration, I fear this is what we in the UK have to look forward to in the coming years.

RIP to all who have lost their lives there today.
 
It's a shame people are making the typical unfair remarks about Islam. Please do show your disgust at the terrorists but I think it is not right to typecast it as only a Muslim thing. It's a terrorist thing.

If read out of context, and given the structure of the Quran this is easily done, then yes and I'm well aware that Muslims have used the Quran to justify attacks on non-Muslims. But given the rules of warfare within the Quran it's not actually justifiable.

What about Islamic terrorism in the early years? I'm not talking about state-expansion, but what is happening today.
 
It's going to get to the stage where innocent Muslims in France are killed by groups wanting justice, possibly even civil war.

They could very easily have been victims of what appears to be indiscriminate murder from fanatical nut jobs.

Also you do realize that Muslims are are hundreds of times more likely to be killed by radicalized religious psychopaths than any European is :confused:
They hate these scum bags like everyone else and have far more rational reasoning to boot.

It's a shame people keep acting like Islam doesn't have a extremist & terrorism problem. What other religion in the world has groups actively killing masses of people in the name of their religion?
 
Luckily my brother is safe. He's working in the Cork and cavan close to one of the restaurants that was attacked.

wow, BBC News is treading a fine line. They just asked a British witness to count the bodies he can see in front of him.

RIP to the innocents.
 
Highly unlikely with such an operation, but if this is carried out by people who have just arrived by boat I fear the backlash will be huge and quite messy.

Where do these terrorists come from? The Muslim faith or do they pop out of holes in the ground like Dwarfs?
