Where does he say, 'let's side with our homelands. The uk, France, Europe. Lets not allow them to associate us with these acts as we vocally disavow ourselves ftom them by flying the English and french flags from our mosques.

Let's give them no reason to distrust as we mourn those who died and collectively pray for them and show our utter dissent at those who seek to demonise islam and use it to justify any kind of violence. '

Oh yeah. He doesn't.

I have had personal dealings with him.

I asked him how a project that I am involved in locally should best approach the local Muslim community as we didn't want to get it wrong.

So I was quite shocked when he started mention his help wouldn't come cheap and his fees were expensive.

I thought they went in quickly, some so called expert was on the news saying it was certain to run for days....then about 20mins later it was all over. Just goes to show what these experts know!

Ah I guess it could have been a lot worse then, considering there were 5 seperate attacks they probably didn't know where the big hit was right away, also with bomb threats that could stall any quick action I guess, and to the officers who lost their lives entering, such bravery knowing what they was walking into.

I think people get annoyed in that the first statements are "not us again, batton down the hatches". I think the anger is against the missed opportunity or acknowledge the loss of lives and denounce the terrorism.

99.999% of muslims are as horrified as everyone else about this.

99.999% ?
God, the utter **** that muslim sympathisers dare to dribble in here.

survey:
51% of British muslims didn't oppose the idea that preaching hate against the West was OK

25% of British muslims were sympathetic to the Charlie Hebdo killers, so take a wild guess at how many in Pakistan were jumping for joy?

as I don't have any crayons left, here is a picture

I think we can safely assume these are not 'moderates',
If British muslims are quietly two faced about these attacks, then we can assume that musilms in the rest of the world will be a bit more forthcoming about their satisfaction.

Give the media a few days and they'll get you the pictures of muslims celebrating last nights Paris attacks.

It almost read well till we got to the last paragraph:

We must all be vigilant and not allow these abhorrent acts to lead to hatred, reprisal attacks on innocent Muslims and division in our communities. That is what the terrorists want.

They say this message not to necessarily condemn and show allegiance to their host nations but to save their own skin and avoid reprisal attacks.

Nearly though!!

Quoted for the truth.

Just the Tricolor would do. What a sign of solidarity that would be.

Sorry to keep at this, and I certainly do not wish to somehow lessen the tragedy of Paris, but others did die yesterday. Exactly who is showing solidarity with them?

200 people killed in Nigeria in January but it's Je suis Charlie

Are you sure they haven't?

Who exactly are you waiting to hear from?

that is the type of statement that most of us will not see. obviously i only saw it once you posted the link.

this is the type of thing that the news should put up.

breaking news flashes at the bottom of screen in yellow flash past all day, this should be one of them just as important as any MP denouncing the attacks should be.

They found a Syrian passport from one of the bombers, I wonder when the signed photo of Assad with 'Good luck lads!' written on the back will turn up and a written receipt for the weapons they used from Putin himself...

ISIS hate everyone. They have claimed responsibility for attacks everywhere - not just in Europe and Africa.

That would cause all kinds of confusion...

Right, ok...

I was making a point

You seriously don't expect all black people to apologise when a black person commits a crime, or all dog owners to apologise when a dog kills a small child. Why should all muslims have to apologise every time there's a terrorist attack.

I know people will say it's because of their religion, but that's rubbish as ISIS is not about religion. It's about power and control.

That's like saying when a christian commits a crime, all christians must apoligise.
