FYI Duplantis just cleared 6:10 in the pole vault (he's already won gold the others all finished under 6!).

He cleared it by 19cm! Don't know if he fancies a crack at the WR or not.

I always thought Kenyans and Ethiopians would be the real contenders as they're usually the winners at longer distance races but I guess they're more at home at 5000m, 10000m and marathons.

They can show two events simultaneously. I expect that they get to choose which two events those are, not I'm not positive on that.
