A similar thing happened to me Monday night, I managed to pour tea onto my motherboard. I couldn't believe it, but my PC and character lived to fight another day!

Level 51 Witch in Beyond League.

I'm on Rampage if anyone wants to add. IGN tuunes
 
I made it to act 2 last night, found a Quill rain and stashed it, then foolishly went into a vall side area with +25% monster damage (I think it was 25).

While there I indavertantly spawned a Beyond portal (stage 1) that dropped a dude with increased movement speed, flicker strike, chaos damage over time and increased crits. I did not make it back to the portal before my pots ran out.

Ah well, time to Begin Again... Again. This time a bow user build with the Quill rain sounds fun... Hmmm.

I'd love it, but I suspect so would people who are willing to pay you currency for it, so no pressure!

also, I've not come across that Spell Echo we discussed yet :D

Also, I'll send you back that rather nice wand you gave me, as I now shan't be using it :D

Nah, I won't sell it. I only really buy items anyway.

You can keep the wand if you like, I have tons.
 
OHHHH YEH!

I have Spell Echo :D, 9% as well cost me a small fortune but i couldn't wait for merciless.

Just killed Piety, so progressing well so far this evening. Awesome game :)
 
Ya see I'm the total opposite. I don't see the point of playing non-hardcore when you can just die over and over again with no real loss (except xp obviously but this only becomes a real problem at higher level endgame) :p
I've learnt to deal with the desync, a quick \oos macro sorts it out in an instant and you quickly learn to see when you're about to desync unless it's an insta-RIP.
When my current witch finally dies though I really want to roll a tornado shot ranger of some variety but I hear that skill is a real bugger for desync :(

Unless this witch takes me all the way! (so to speak...) But I doubt it because I play way too recklessly..
 
Eh I just wanna play the game, test out builds, find items, mindlessly kill **** while i watch netflix etc. Really don't want to learn how to deal with desync, and I only have like 3 deaths on my rampage character anyway, 2 from afk after going to new zone and one to those awful devourers in hedge maze, 1shot me.

I could probably get quite far in beyond and I might try it soon, just prefer rampage. The killstreak things are pretty cool too.
 
Flameblast prolif templar (though witch would probably be a better start position for damage nodes, templar for life nodes) with as many burn nodes as you can get! :D
