PAYDAY 2

Anyone playing on the Beta 2? The increased XP and rewards are quite tempting and my lot have basically stopped playing due to becoming bored of the existing maps. I still want to play however I have no mic. Steam name: Kainz / Lv87 TechForcer

Not tried the DLC stuff yet but I can safely say that the Money/XP tweaks seem really good so far :D

Finally some of the other missions are actually worth doing again from an XP perspective instead of just constant Firestarter - Rats - Firestarter - Rats Grinding

I was trying to tick off a few missions on the easier difficulties (for the difficulty masks) and we just did a Transport mission followed by the train heist (by accident) on "Very Hard"... went from lvl I-40 to I-50 in one go, which is really good considering the difficulty, think it was worth around 550,000 XP

Finally, Infamous 1.
That was a **** ton of work just for some sunglasses.

And a slight exp bonus on each payday reward screen.

It's a bad enough grind feast trying for Infamy 5, and therer is three more layers (2x4 layers and the single top layer) that haven't been implemented yet.

At least Diamond store stealth bonus is now 50% instead 30%.

Having major problems getting this to run on my laptop. i7 4600M and AMD 8790M, 8Gb RAM. It should run fine as Dishonoured, Bioshock Infinite and Left 4 Dead 2 play fine so far but it runs like a bag of ****. Even at the main screen, sits at 32 FPS @ 1920x1080 and settings on Low.

Any ideas people? I'd like to try 1280x720 but it's not an option under the resolutions and when i set it through the render xml it shoves the game in the top left corner and doesn't scale to the screen properly.

It's great on my main PC, plays fine after sorting out the lag, smooth and very quick! But it should play fine on my laptop too.

It is a fantastic game and has many hours of my life. I think I have officially rinsed it now though.nearly on infamy 3 and I feel like I'm going through the motions when I play it now (still enjoy shadow raid though).

I used to play this quite a bit with a few other guys, but as they are a bit younger and don't have full-time work and what-not to go to they've played it a lot more and blitzed through to infamous V-100, while I'm still around I-90 (ish)... as soon as they got there a lot of their interest in playing the game has dipped (understandably... it's a good game but once you hit the level cap I can imagine it would sort of feels like you're "done")

Just got this game from the steam sale and tips for a newbie?

Seems good so far but unlike say battlefield 4/kiling floor the camera and aiming don't seem smooth even if they both the same speed.
