@strumpusplunket Damn, that's disappointing, really hoped you could keep playing once you had it installed. Might be worth leaving them some feedback regarding this, not sure how much notice they will take but it can't hurt.

Publishers are the ones who decide when a game leaves Game Pass (probably to align to another service for more money usually!!). MS do not have any say over it other than they demand a minimum of 12 months availability I think.
Ah yes, hadn't thought of that approach.I was able to uninstall The Surge through the usual Windows uninstall method. No problem on that score. All the games I've installed from Game Pass have shown up in this list.
@strumpusplunket Over the last couple of weeks it displayed on the home screen that games were leaving soon (and which ones).
It's not great, I agree - though no different to Netflix or Amazon Video in that you don't get much advance warning of departure.
Yeah, there's a banner saying "Games Leaving Soon - 30/11" and then you click on it and it brings up Football Manager 2019 and Abzu. I think it's a fairly new addition as I've not spotted it before and this app has been out since GamesCom in August, IIRC.
There doesn't seem to be a permanent? quick way of accessing the "Leaving Soon" page though so you can always check it as needed.
I signed up for the 3 month sub for a quid and while the game pass itself works fine, the offer also mentioned 6 months free Spotify Premium and 1 month EA Access as being included - trouble is I have no idea how to activate these??
I tried web chatting with the game pass people but they couldn't tell me how to do it without having the Xbox dashboard, which you presumably get when you have an actual Xbox?!?
Has anyone got any idea how to "activate" these 2 extra offers?
It's encouraged me to try games I probably wouldn't have otherwise bothered with. Chances are, if I'm being honest, I'd probably never have got around to The Surge at all without it, given the other 100 or so games on my Steam wishlist.
had the first month 1 pound for pc only then got a 5700 gpu and 3 months plus 1 month for turning on auto renew then seen a advert earlier on my tv for 3 months ultimate for a quid, just done that and i got another 3 months and disabled auto renew at a stupid price.
does that sound about right? im up to about june and i only spent 2 quid lol
it wanted to renew at a daft price
