Always a good read these threads.
What gets me is why are people so bothered???
It's like the haters always have something to say like it really means the world to them. If someone likes something they will buy it. What will be will be

Heh, always someone posting to say they're not bothered but couldn't help posting how not bothered they are
Because one of the biggest factors within v.r sickness is latency...How do you know it's key if no-one benchmarks it?
Why not all three?Knew it wouldn't take him long.
Would much rather watch HU or GN
Lol thanx i forgot to watch it...Knew it wouldn't take him long.

Actually I think we might all have become distracted. Accept that the Ryzen testing is FUBARed, looking at the GN video what I do think is a thing is the 9900k scores.
We are looking at an expensive but very capable chip. The chip shortages have put it really close to Threadripper and I think that the TR chips are going to show massive improvement as we see better threading support moving forward.
But if you are going to build the best gaming rig now and want it to last a good few years then the 9900 is definitely the choice right now.
It's all a race to win the consumers cash - there is no fair play in this kind of industri no matter the company.
Yeah, but did anyone doubt that the 9900k was going to be better than the previous intel generation? Of course it's going to be the best gaming chip out there.
This was a hatchet job on the 2700x, and little else. Bad ram setup, poor cooler, and disabled half the blooming processing power!
The 9900k would have been better even if the 2700x had all the right settings setup, it still would have been the best.

Same I hate all of them make does not matter. I just watch what best thing I can get for money i got to blow up and I buy it.this is the truth and why i just buy what i want the brand means nothing. amd are just as bad as intel. its just intel are faster at doing it.

I'm more than happy with what i paid for what i have. No matter the game, bench or program, my rig is better and faster than a Ryzen rig, pound for pound so what do it have to worry about?
If something is better, bang for buck I'll buy it. Ive actually built more AMD rigs than i have Intel.
