Woh, it's getting insanely good reviews. After the FF15 disappointment (at least for me) this might restore my faith in current jrpgs. Just need to find time for this, Nioh, Nier, Hozizon, Yakuza and Zelda!

Now is a great time to be a gamer.

I am definitely intrigued from what I have read. Something completely different to what we are used to. I think I will give it a go later in the year.

Steelbook and non-regular editions (like Steelbook/Collector's) of the game are out-of-stock in most places... I guess this will be one I'll pick up when it's cheaper then (not paying full-price for just a regular/vanilla of the game)...

Not surprised. The hype is justified. It's the best game I've played in years. If not ever and I've been playing Video games for over 30 years. First prints of Atlus games always go quick. This will be fetching over it's RRP on the bay until the next print run comes in. Going in for my third monster session in a couple of hours.

Amazon are now selling the PS4 standard edition for £70 with the next print run of PS3 and PS4 not coming for over a month.

I don't think it will be the last game released on the system though. I have seen someone listing it on eBay for £80.

Nice! Wish I went for that

Tbh I'd keep an eye on MM etc, it won't be for everyone and I think the glowing reviews may sell it to folks that maybe won't enjoy it, never know! Luckily I'm in no rush so will grab it after Zelda etc

Managed to play roughly 4-5 hours so far and absolutely loving it. My favorite game of the year so far and one of the best JRPG's I have played in a very long time.
