PHANTEKS EVOLV X & P600S

Anyone got 2X360 rads in the Evolv X case as sister looking to do it for her 8700k & gtx1080ti using Krakens as she has one already and like the CAM software

@Phanteks_Care

I've just received the Phanteks P600s today and upon my inspection after unboxing I have noticed a paint defect in the top panel.

I have provided images for your convenience at the given email address rma[at]phanteks.com.

it looks like a piece of hair was removed during the paint finishing process?

I was wondering if it is possible for you to send me a replacement top rather than me contacting OcUK and shipping the whole unit back and getting a replacement that could potentially have the same issue, or worse?

This is the anthracite grey version.

Front filter
Top filter
Small one is for the gap on the vertical pci slots
Psu filter
And the bigger one next to it is for underneath the case bottom front hole that where the HD holes are.

Whats the P600s like in terms of noise and temps.

Half tempted to start looking for a replacement for my Define R4

Its all subjective but for me its brilliant, have three Arctic P14s as intake and two P12s at exhaust, using a Thermalright Macho Rev B on my 2700x. CPU never gets above 60 stressed, 50ish gaming and sits at 30 idle. My 1070 never goes over 60c in games and it does all this making hardly any noise(the Macho makes an audible hum when cpu is stressed but its nice on the ear)

Bare in mind i live in Spain and its bloody hot at the moment so even more impressed with the cooling. Very happy with the case and doubt ill move it on for many years.

Yeah I'm just wondering whether it's worth it or not. I've seen some of the temps people achieve and it's on par with with what I can achieve with the R4.

Just unsure as to whether or not itd be as quiet or quieter than the R4!

It has sound dampening material in the panels, with those on its very quiet but obviously the cooling suffers a bit but not a lot surprisingly. If you were desperate for a new case then id say its hard to beat but if its just an upgrade itch then id save the money for other things :)
