Looks like it’s a dismantled laptop board going by the placement of fan / USB ports
Here you go
It was an old laptop I had kicking around. I stuck it on the wall and it now just plays music and has my discord channels up etc. The 120mm fan is decorative only by the way.

Moved into a new house a while ago and had to retro fit a make shift desk out of an old bit of surplus furniture. Looks awful but served its purpose.
In the meantime I made this new desk. Total rip off of Ikea's Alex drawers but I like the style.
Just got to get new carpet but I'm currently ripping out and fitting a new toilet, joys of home ownership

Where did you get the lighting from?
It's a Phillips Hue strip on my desk, and in my PC are a mix of NZXT fans and LED strips controlled by their HUE+ hub
