That is a superb photo Russ, great movement and the emotion on his face is fantastic. The vintage look suits it well too (if it wasn't for what appears to be a superdry shirt

I'm rather fond of the first one, although it might just be because I had a hell of a time getting the focus right shooting directly into the sun.

I know you won't let me into your Lightroom secrets, but how did you get the photo to look like that?

Looks great - dramatic, almost CGI. And what camera are you using?

5d mark 3, 17mm, CP filter, bumped up the 'shadow' slider in lightroom. Added about 60 clarity, upped saturation of blues a tad...thanks

That's a really cool angle and I think what makes the shot is the background with the wheel. Lots of interesting angles

I like that Snow, the CPL works wonders for bringing out details in the sky for that kind of shot

blairw, to me it's not working due to looking too underexposed unfortunately and there isn't really any point of focus for my eyes to lead on to!
