PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS - Thread

Meh ubi are the same instead of trying to fix the problem it's easier to minimise its exposure. I know cheats are hard to combat but I fail to see how posting evidence of cheaters is an issue.

Obviously there's the witch hunt angle but that's covered by Reddit/forum rules anyway so I'm not convinced that publically posting them is a bad thing (as long as it isn't advertising the cheats).

If it's clear they're cheating then give them the public exposure they want along with a ban.
 
Not a bad patch but they have not addressed the extremely loud foot steps which they added a few days ago, you should be able to hear ppl above, below and outside the building your in but not from the building next to you. Not happy about the fov, fair enough change it but they should have added the fov slider from the menu in the same patch.
 
Is there a 'road map' for this games release? I.e. What they plan to do during early access, when they play to release the final product etc?

Also how's performance on a 1070? What should I expect with my sig specs? I understand it's not well optimised yet
 
So after having quite a session last night I really like the squad aspect of this even with randoms (when we all stay together). Is there an OcUK group or something or are people just adding steam id's? My wife is working 14:00-20:00 Monday and Friday and am planning to just play this so would like some people to play with.

I think FPS is fluctuating for everyone irrsepective of build. Similar crack with the likes of Arma, FPS drops to 40s for me in towns but can be around 100 in less built up areas.
 
Mine won't load past the main screen since the update - the part with the guns all laid out in the back. Any ideas? Is that a sign the servers are down? I can still go in to settings, but the characters and join server buttons aren't appearing.
 
Been watching quite a bit of this on You Tube lately. No doubt I'll cave and get it eventually, however looking at how good some players are I know I'll end up with a frustrating experience!
 
Don't worry about it have only managed second twice top 10 4 times so far out of 35 games, but even when i die in the first 5 minutes I still thoroughly enjoy it though plenty of noobs still around your'll rarely come up against the like of the youtuber/twitcher quality very often at the moment.

Got my first duo win tonight with my mate who has only played 3 solo's games this was his first duo and we bag the chicken dinner, my pooper was properly going at the end as was on half health got the win with no meds other than 5 bandages, and trusty AKM full auto hip fire at the end :)
 
Had a really good game tonight, I was the only one left alive in my squad, I rushed the center took out two people on hill and ran into the house. At this point there was about 20 people left, I was surrounded by a fire fight. took out another person then rushed his mate. Finally it was 3v1 and I was cornered, I realised a nade was going to come my way, I tried to run into the next room but it got me:( Fantastic game but left me well pumped.
