Maps, meh those are for nancies! I prefer going where I want rather than trying to follow the loot hot spots. :p

Agree, but I at least like to know where the good stuff is likely to be! true - but I like going balls out/yolo looking for loot. half the fun for me is not knowing whether i'll get good loot or end up with a pistol and 5 bandages. that feeling when you hit the motherload is almost as good as winning a game!
 
I wonder if tick rate can be scaled on the fly. I.e. When there's a full server keep a low tick rate as it's more about luck at that point (finding loot and dispatching anyone near you) and increase tick rate towards the end when server load would be lighter due to lower player count and smaller area of map in play. Towards the end of the game when most are fully kitted out it should be more skill than luck.

If it can be done it wouldn't require better servers and should make the game nicer to play.

Obviously a high tick rate all the time would be preferable but it's a company they probably won't want to spend the extra for it.
 
Made it down to the final 2 but then got impatient when I saw him and missed with the sniper, went and chased after him with a shotty but no chicken for me. Best so far for me

It interesting to see the heart rate when playing this game. Mine goes up to 100 bpm when it's the last few people.
