Anyone else expect to get their Pro, get home, and not notice any difference at all! I'm am preparing myself mentally.
No 4k TV btw.
Nope, I know there will be a difference on my 1080 TV.

PlayStation really missed a trick with no uhd player incentive
That is getting so old now.
DONT FORGET TO DEACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE SELLING THE OLD PS4
Just a little warning as my brother sold his last week and forgot so had to reset on PlayStation site and only allowed to do it once every 6 months

Out of interest, what games? I don't think any of mine are going to benefit. My hopes are stealth VR supersampling patches across the board.

Any games with a 4K mode will get you free super sampling AA in 1080P mode.
No they won't. That's up to the developer whether to implement.
Other aspects of the PS4 Pro became evident during our various demos. First of all, while most developers seem intent on supporting enhanced resolutions and HDR, the fact is that users of 1080p screens will only benefit from super-sampling, and perhaps a smoother frame-rate on most titles.
Paragon
PS4 Pro with a 1080p display:
Enhanced visual effects, procedural ground cover, higher scene complexity, greater texture fidelity, and dynamic reflections.
The Witness
PS4 Pro with a 1080p display:
1080p resolution instead of 900p and increased antialiasing quality from 2x to 4x MSAA, while keeping a solid 60 FPS.
Seagate Firecuda seems to be the most recommended (and possibly only?) option.
Those who are on the fence about buying a 4k screen just for the new PS4 Pro should watch this:
Devs would be foolish not to take advantage of the Pro for 1080p. It's their biggest PS4 audience and what better way to showcase their games.
The PS4 Pro is still going to be bottle necked by the CPU, so in CPU intensive games things will still struggle.
