Playstation Plus

PS+ has been awful for a while. Sony seem reluctant to include full decent games unlike MS with Games for Gold or whatever it's called. You would have thought Killzone or Knack could be used now...

Rubbish. Again. And yes I'm in a foul mood.

+1 more rubbish.

At what point is someone going to say "you know what, maybe plus subscribers are BORED of 2D Platformers".

At least as PS4 owners we only get 3 of them this month (rather than the normal 4)

Kinda funny that the youtube vid and the PS US blog only mention broken age and meat boy and the EU blog only talked a bit about those two... I think even they know the reaction to this would be bad.

this is an all time low methinks

edit

I remember Broken Age being episodic on PC, any ideas if this is the full game or just the first episode?

I don't really begrudge the fee, it's not even £3 a month. It's more just that the quality of titles has clearly plummeted over the last couple of years to the point that we're not even getting a single good, full-release game to go along with the piles of indie stuff which I often don't even bother adding to my library.

It's the full version, the game is broken into two acts.

It's a great return of the point and click adventure so if you enjoyed these back in the day you should find this just as enjoyable. The first Act is almost too straight forward and casual. The second act requires actual puzzle solving; nothing "monkey wrench" obscure but it definitely requires some thinking to solve some of the puzzles.

looking forward to SMB as it looks good but it seems very much like somthing i will try but wont have the patience to keep going.

other then that the rest seem very average to me, i remember at one point they advertised that all games featured on PS+ would be >80% (possiby 70) on metacritic, i dont know if this is the case but they just seem a bit stale now.

i cant complain to much as my console gaming time is down to a few hours a week now so MGS is my go to game for the forseeable future.

If this is the case there's no chance that Knack (a game that's frequently requested for some bizarre reason) will ever be on the list given it has a 54 metacritic. :D
