If you like Tetris style games, Lumines is the same, but it costs a lot more so you have to be a fan to get your money's worth out of it. Both are great if you like to compare scores with people etc.

Got Lumines :) I love puzzle/tetris style games. Think I'll get Motorstorm too as it's so cheap the next time I buy a ps store card.

Very heavy-duty case. Love the see through panels on the top and bottom for inserts. You can make custom ones yourself with a template floating around online. The internal inserts are very good heavy duty rubber and have a nice feel to them. The fit inside with the VITA is very snug indeed - it doesn't move a millimetre.

The case itself though is very large, and it's something I wouldn't use as an everyday case because of it's sheer bulk. Another annoyance (which is quite big really) is that the latch is very sensitive to pressure; you can literally tap the top of the case with your finger and it comes undone. Another small gripe is that it scratches extremely easily.

I'd give it 6.5/10 - I would purchase a Thrustmaster VIP case or alternative.

Im looking for some help today in a very cheeky way lol

Right Unit 13. There are a few missions I really can't get 5 stars on and the game is kicking my ass. It's not for lack of trying it's just beating me down. I am deafeated and pathetic lol.

So the help

If anyone has beaten the last High Value Target, Scorpion could you share it on Near so I have a chance of downloading it to beat then I get can the Platinum trophy. Not fair and square but still lol.

I will keep trying for 5 stars as I need to finish levelling up a few of the charcaters but I can't see if happeneing. The AI is far too patchy on this one particular Covert and the time limit on a timed is also ridiculous tight lol

HELP ME hahaha

For anyone who has the 3G Vita, I put my DidaMobile sim card in yesterday (£29 for 6 months at 3gb a month) and all is working fine. Just plug and play.
 
Completed Motorstorm RC + DLC yesterday. DLC was a bit too easy tbh (and I am normally rubbish at setting laptimes in racing games). Hope the next DLC is a bit harder. After completing all the races I was already below the time limit for all courses, whereas on the original 4 festivals I had to try hard to get below the times for the trophy.

Bored of Motorstorm, Lumines, Virtua Tennis and Stardust now so might finally be time to start on Uncharted. After that I am all out of games until the next batch of "decent" games are released :(

I looked at some gameplay videos but it looks a bit "whacky" for my liking. Never been a fan of that particular franchise. Graphically it looks amazing though. There is a demo so I may download that.

Wipeout will probably be my next VITA purchase (from the existing lineup).

I am thinking of Wipeout myself.
Fancy some action/shooting/racing in one, that Motorstorm isn't offering me.

However holding off until payday, as I have the car creating less than fun bills this month. :mad:
 
Just completed Unit 13. Fantastic game. Perfect for portable gaming with its mission structures. Graphics are very good too. Need to decide what to get next now. Either Wipeout or ModNation Racers. Played both demos and loved them both and I can't decide on which one to get now lol

Anyone played the full game of both. Ive read reviews and they are pretty even as an average and they are completely different racers.
 
Cant speak for modnation racers but i do have Wipeout 2048 and its awesome but it can be at times bit hard to keep up with whats going on around you as it is chaotic
 
Not that I'm a trophy whore (well I am on Vita lol) are the trophies for Wipeout hard? I've seen them and they sound easy enough but thats never the case lol

In relation to the chaos. If you learn the tracks I assume it becomes less of a problem or do you mean the framerate gets choppy and cant cope and stuff when stuff happens?

Not as much the tracks more due to how quick the cars are them selves and all the weapons going off etc. Framerate however is perfectly fine though.

Trophies well i havent got many tbh game tells you if the race your about to do has one though, I havent looked at the list really so its hard to asses its definatly not as hard as wipeout hd on the PS3 though.

I just looked at the list and and of the trophies is to beat "Zico" in a race. I think the PS3 game had 2 or 3 of these. He is one of the devs or something and I didn't even come close to beating him on the PS3 version!

I will prob get one of this or Modnation as my next racing game. Didn't buy the PS3 version of Modnation as the load times were ridiculous. Already played a lot of Wipeout (every version released to date) so not sure which to get!

It will probably take a me a week or so to get Uncharted out of the way so I have till then to decide.

From what ive read rp and to ANN1H1LAT0R, Modnation Racers load times are bad on the Vita aswell and the game itself is quite a let down.
