It's not harsh, you've paid for something that hasn't arrived. Providing you gave the right address someone has balls'd up. I'd check with the Royal Fail first, then email Nippon-Yasan. If all fails or no replies you'll need to raise it with paypal.
 
Thanks for the advice JoeBoi, Just emailed Nippon-Yasan and I'll call Royal Mail tomorrow.

I don't even know if a signature is required for the delivery I'm guessing so with it being insured international. If all else fails I will go through Paypal I just feel bad if it's not Nippon-Yasans fault and they lose money :(
 
Paypal will do F all unless its bought from ebay iirc, trying to think what my envelope looked like im sure it was a printed label for the address (the customs label was hand written) so I doubt it was that if its been delivered i'm guessing RM is at fault (which will make it easier for you), best bet is to phone them or go to local sorting office with the tracking details

Depending on what service you requested, I chose the cheap insured and tracked delivery option and signature was required on delivery but I wasn't in so had to pick it up from depot

I'm sure that's the one I chose, it was what at the time people were going for to avoid import duties. Shows on mine "Air Mail Registered "

I just picked up one of the licenced packs, way back when - came with a slip case (neoprene) which I use for keeping the Vita in when not in use at home, and then there is a second, hard case for outside (which I haven't actually used :p ) - think it was called Starter Pack?
 
I've contacted the local royal mail depot about my missing Vita card and they're going to investigate it and contact me in a couple of days. Guess I'll have to wait and see, not holding out much hope. What can they do if they've delivered it to the wrong addres? :(
 
Well I'm glad to report that my Shopto order just arrived, Shiny new PS Vita (OLED) 3g/wifi with 16GB card, 10 games plus Fifa download & 30 day PS+ subscription.

Can't wait to play later tonight & then only just over a week until the PS4 is out. Won't get day one release but hopefully soon after it will arrive.

There's my Christmas present. :D Now just to convince the wife that I'm man enough to be allowed it early and won't weep like a misbehaved young 'un when I've nothing to unwrap on Christmas morning! :p
