Are there any good 32/64gb card deals at the moment? I'm starting to regret cancelling my £39.99 32gb card now. I ordered it the day before the 64gb version was announced

Get to a blockbuster this weekend if you have one. They were doing cards at 40% off at start of week n they have just announced 70% before they all close

Well WRC 3 is a big disappointment in the graphics department! I thought we'd seen the last of 2 dimensional wheels in the ps2 era :( the cars handle alright but there is a worrying lack of rally stages- hopefully I just havent unlocked them yet though.

Still worth the £3.50 or so though.

Thinking of popping in cex today and using my £120 voucher to buy a boxed vita.

Don't want to play big epic console like games on it but would rather play old school side scrolling games or jump in and out type games. How is it for that?

Great!...I have recently played some cracking games on it. Playing Guacamelee atm, and it is great fun. Also Thomas Was Alone, Hotline Miami, Rayman. If you have PS plus you have probably built up a decent collection already?

The new Batman is also a side-scroller, though I haven't played it yet. I also have some oldies on the go. Been playing FFVII on/off for the last few weeks.

Perfect. Currently playing through Guacamelee which is exactly what you describe and it's brilliant. Best thing about the Vita (which is coming to PS4 soon) is the ability to just press the standby button to turn it off, then when you turn it on you just carry on from exactly where you left off. No need for saving/re-loading etc. Makes it great for quick plays.

Not sure if it is just my local one but HMV were selling boxed Vita's (new) for £100. Might be worth a look if you have one near you?

I assume the stock of the current Vita is being sold before the "new" one launches?!

I would but I have £120 of cex in store credit and would rather use that up instead is spending money. I just need to sterilize the vita before using it.

Hope they have good looked after ones with manuals and in a box.

:D

Not sure, I picked up a 3G a few weeks back for £140 with 8gb and 10 games. HMV in Oxford St a week or so later were £130. You can't get a 32GB card anywhere now.

I suspect with the increasing interest in the Vita via it's bigger brother that we are about to get the newer model. If you like OLED screens grab one now, they are running down stock.
