Do you have to activate it through the VITA then? Mines in my car waiting for home time but I don't need hassle when i get home waiting to play with my goodies
Just thinking I could maybe ring em up now and get it sorted asap?
i do sometimes accidently touch the back of the psp and shoot randomly, i guess i'll get better at that more i use it. if anyone fancies a game add my tag I just checked my order again with Play. I checked the DPD website with the tracking number and it says this:
Collection date:22 Feb 2012 / Service: parcel - dpd next day / Status:Awaiting receipt of parcel
now to me that says that they are still awaiting the parcel from Play as such because its next day delievery I prob won't get it until tomorrow....
I'm going to wait till I get home but my gf says nothing has been posted yet. If it hasn't been delievered by the time I get home at approx 16:00. I'm going to call Play or email them and ask what the hell is going on.

The last 3 things I've had sent via HDNL have said delivered and then came the next day. I think they have a crap tracking system or lazy workers.
Hopefully you'll get your stuff today though.
Yep, sounds like HDNL, see my post from before. It actually arrived 2 days later than they said they'd delivered it

Mine says the same thing, pretty sure I've had stuff from dpd before and it's said:
'out for delivery' on the day it's supposed to be delivered on the tracking page.
It does say 3-5 days on the order history on plays site, I was expecting it to be a couple of days since its from jersey possibly or perhaps they have a place in the uk they ship from too. Maybe the email you get is an automated one from dpd.

yea exactly, I've had quite a few things from DPD and it always says out for delivery on the day the expect to post it.
That said it could be the website/company is just "snowed under" with lots of work cuz of this. Will see when I get home. If it doesnt get posted I wont be that angry tbh. But I will still see if I can get some money from Play because of it !
I noticed a few people posted here that play gave them £20 for the delay. I wouldnt mind £20 tbh 
Phoned HDNL, claimed its been delivered and signed for by someone called "Smith" which ain't my name, guy was trying to say must be at a neighbour but that is lies, so now have to wait till they get in touch with the driver which can take 48hrs LOL seriously what a shoddy company, should have ordered super saver delivery.

My mate works in Sainsburys and can get 10% discount for me.
he says they are offering £199 for vita wifi plus fifa. Bang in 8gb memory card for around £30 and it totals at around 230.
take off 10% and all i pay is 207. good deal for vita fifa and 8gb memory? i can pick it up tomorrow

Topped up my fiver via the browser on the vita... awaits code for wipeout!!
I'm not having much luck.
I bought Ridge Racer which has a code inside which you have to redeem on Namcos site, which I did, which gives you another code to put into PSN. I wrote that code down, navigated to PSN to input the code Namco gave me.
"Invalid code"
Oh, I must have wrote the code down wrong, so go back to Namco to reinput the original code.

FFFUFFUFUUUFFFFUUFUFUUF, so now Namco won't accept my original code as it has been used, PSN won't accept the code Namco gave me and as they haven't emailed me confirmation I have no way of checking.
Just to top it off Namcos technical support is an answer machine.
I must have been dicking around with codes and various customer services for hours and I ahven't managed to play a damn game yet.

Picked up mine at Gamestation today, bought VT4 and FIFA with it (Already have Rayman & Uncharted).
VT4 is brilliant, looks amazing on the screen, FIFA looks great but I'm so used to the Xbox pad/controls I can't get to grips with it ;( I think it's gonna be sold very soon!

Very good. The only one better I think was the Morrisons one and that only came in £5 cheaper.
Ahh, he marked it as done to hit his quota on time and then planned on delivering it later. Complain heavily. it's the only way anything gets done.
I've not played any games yet lol!
Currently copying some bits from the PS3. Downloaded Facebook, Twitter and Flickr over 3G just because I could. Oddly It kept saying could not connect to a PS3 with it plugged in to the first UBS slot but worked fine in the 2nd. Will try again later.
I went to the vodafone site, registered my account and it pulled through the information I gave the guy earlier easy enough, then topped up £5 (even though he said the system wouldn't allow it) and my account registers as having £5 on it. Code the authorisation code thing through but no sign of anything for Wipeout yet.
Boo!!
EDIT: Vita just bleeped like it got a notification but you cant back out of the content manager without cancelling it. Maybe thats wipeout.
EDIT2: yes it was. Downloading now. If only there was a way of copying that code into the store!
