Mine arrived from Amazon this morning On dinner at work atm so once ive eaten ill be having ago!

Its allot lighter than i expected also the mem card and game cards are super tiny! Quite surprised by that, Looks stunning piece of kit though

You are only the second person I've seen with a stuck pixel. I've read a LOT of people talking about their vita. Don't do the lottery or cross any roads today. Unlucky sod! Amazon sohuld swap it out easily enough though. Might even do it by sending you one first and then you sending yours back so no down time.

As are the sizes of the memory cards and prices of them, 16gb is the biggest at the moment isnt it?

16GB is the largest in the EU yes. You can order the 32GB from importers for about £65.

think I might wait and pick up uncharted 2nd hand in a month or so, thinking will buy Escape Plan, Stardust, Motorstorm and A Men tomorrow on the store.

What does PSN only mean on the list?

PSN only means that it will not be released on a cartridge in shops and will only be available on the PlayStation Network.

£259 for my 3G plus £69 for my 32Gb card. No games ordered yet but hoping to match HMV's offer of £279 with Uncharted as they promised. Or £299 with Uncharted and a 4Gb card which I won't need

When they first put all the Ubisoft games on the store they were £6 each. I jumped expecting it to get cancelled as did many others but they didn't. I wonder who is going to lose out as a result, must be Amazon I suppose.

Yep, Toys R Us. Just getting Wipeout for the fiver topup so far but they did say they'd match local retailers prices on the day so I've already fired em up about HMV with Uncharted for an extra £20. 2 games will do me for a week or two I think. Not gonna go mad. Plus I have the fiver off a PSN game so probably get Hustle Kings?

Why not Super Stardust? Hours and hours and hours of fun there. Escape Plan is the other one for me.

It's redeemable against Little Deviants, Super Stardust Delta, Hustle Kings, Escape Plan.

awwww I just saw that Persona 1,2 + 3 are on the PSN store. Says PSP only though So I guess they wont work with PSvita.

Will more of these games become PSvita compatiable.

I'll check but a LOT of PSP games that you can't see from the Vita on the store can be transferred over from a PS3. A few don;t work that way but most do. It seems that Sony are gradually adding more PSP games to the Vita's store.

Todge, are you saying that some cant be downloaded/used directly on the Vita and that you have to go via a PS3 for some?

Yeah. They have added like 250 PSP/Minis to the PSN store that you access VIA the Vita. At first people went into a typical internet rage that more games were not on there (considering there are more on the PSN as visible from the PSP/PS3) until someone noticed that some games that are NOT on the list or viewable from the Vita store work perfectly fine if you transfer them over from the PS3.

The Blogs did say that many more titles were coming so it makes sense that the emulator can already handle them, they just have not added them all to the Vita's Store yet.

Is the Vita store up properly? Considering EU PSN updates on a Wednesday and thats the official Vita launch date online bits and pieces may not be fully functional

They will have it up by midnight apparently. The standard updates will also happen tomorrow as usual.

EDIT for anyone interested, Game will apparently not be stocking the Ubisoft launch titles (Rayman and Lumines being the big two)

Has anyone who got their console today tried to "cash-in" the £5 off selected PSN titles? Just wondering how lengthy that process is?

Still undecided what games to get. May stick with Lumines & Uncharted (Retail) and Super Stardust and escape plan (Digital) for now.

how easy is it to transfer from the PS3 to the Vita?

Very. Plug the vita in, open content manager app, transfer things. Same for the PC afaik. None of the transferring is done on the PS3/PC.

Do you get both when you buy it?

Yes, Motorstorm RC, Hustle Kings and top Darts all allow you to buy the game and get both versions.

My Vita is currently in Droitwich. Should get to Mitcham depot by 01:00 if previous orders are true.

Wish these companies had a thing that allowed you to go collect before they even load it onto the van.
