This is really doing my head in :(

I simply can't top up my Vodafone sim on my 3G it keeps highlighting my credit card number as being wrong. I've followed the guide on shopto and I've tried 4 credit cards but get the same problem. Also called Vodafone who are closed till tomorrow.

Anybody know of a solution, the main reason I ought a vita was for wipeout :(

slightly disappointed in the volume. On my PSP 2000, I used to have the volume at about 30-40% most of the time but with the Vita I've got it between about 70-85%. That's fine for at home but might be a bit quiet is I was somewhere noisy

My 3G Vita has been tracking and has arrived at DPD for delivery tomorrow so now I am certain I will get my Vita.. I guess £20 off a game will be worth the hassle of getting it one day late. :)

Can anyone suggest where would be the best place to trade-in a first-gen PSP and about 15 games towards a Vita? Also, any idea how much they might fetch?

Thanks a lot.

Well I bought from argos with the missus's discount.

I got FIFA too, plus Marvel vs capcom arrived in the post. No sign of uncharted which was due today.

Charged it, all ready to play, card inserted...

Power on. First blue screen came up, and what to I see about a cm up from the bottom in the middle - a bloody dead pixel. It will annoy me no end, so back to argos tomorrow!

Grrrrrrrrrrr.

Anyone else found one?

Do i need to make an EA account or something to play fifa online? If anyone wants to kick me arse on Fifa add me (iamfungus2). I am having a mini vita break at the moment after a few hours of uncharted.

I wont get mine until next week when I can pick it up. I had a wierd conversation with the guy in HMV though.

For extra piece of mind I wanted the copy of Uncharted I that get free with the console(which I have already paid for) to be put aside with the console. Apparently I can't do this in case someone else wanted to buy Uncharted and the copy I had put aside was the last one left .

What I dont understand is, I have already paid for it, so why am I not entitled to it outright? I don't want to go there next weekend and find out there are no copies of Uncharted left for some reason or another and i get stuck with FIFA instead.

I will only have an hour to pick it up before I have to head back again so I don't want to be faffing about sorting out a problem that shouldn't exist in the first place. I would have straightened it out when I spoke with the member of staff but the store was about to close.

Try turning off wifi then retrying it.

Try doing it on the Vita with the WiFi off, just using the network. Once you've done it for a bit, and if it's too slow then put WiFi back on. Also, if you're using a VISA card change it to VISA Electron on the drop down box. This exact process worked for me :)

I just thought mine was bricked, no apps would work then the screen just went black with a spinning icon for ages and wouldn't even turn off.

I found a diagnostic menu of sorts though (just hold the power button down for 15 seconds) and reset it, it's fine now.

That scare aside, it's brilliant. It really is a great machine.
