If your not to far away from me I'd happily help, if you could send me your rig I would have a look and sort it out. My mate sent me his pc from Manchester, apart from postage costs all work was done for free, I'd do the same here
Interesting I'll have to check this myself since I have gpu power monitoring on, on my 4090. I don't use the overlay in every game since some it hinders vision, but it's still monitoring it.
So I've tried new RAM, CPU and Graphics Card and the problem still persists. Really lost on what to do next...
I wish it was just that and I'm sure I am sensitive to stutters but when you're spending over £1500 on just the graphics card you don't expect to have subpar performance.Have you had someone else come round and look at it to see if they see the same? If it’s happened across multiple PCs, is it just not that you’re incredibly sensitive to, something?
What about this weekend? The offer to have a look still stands, with Xmas it's been tricky to sort out a time, but I'm free practically every weekend.
What about this weekend?
Apologies I wrote the wrong username I meant WookieI hoped you'd caught up with Mcnumpty and the issue had been fixed as it'd gone quiet.
Was hoping that would be the case when I stuck a 4070ti in but no such luck!funny thing is... i had a 4080S and would run like dog **** on CS2 and now im back to my PC, I have a 4070 "stop gap" card and it hardly stutters or lags in CS2..obviously the FPS in games are less but performance so far, is more consistent!
Yeah tried all the different variations of EXPO and no EXPO.What RAM have you tried and are they EXPO?
Not sure if using XMP would cause stuttering on AM5 though.
