Please Help Me Solve My Long Lasting Stutter Problem

If your not to far away from me I'd happily help, if you could send me your rig I would have a look and sort it out. My mate sent me his pc from Manchester, apart from postage costs all work was done for free, I'd do the same here :)

Yeah i have let forum members in the past
Come and test their stuff on my loop
As the pc shop They tried ###### it all up
Had no clue what they were doing with watercooled pcs

Stuttering even in heaven benchmark is interesting. Does it happen on desktop? Watching videos? Lots has been mentioned on here other than bios version?

What do you have plugged into the computer? Have you tried unplugging, tried different USB ports for keyboard and mouse. Tried running with one ram stick only, is the ram installed in the correct slots?

Do you have an old gpu you can swap in to test the problem still exists?

Have you tried completely wiping the nvme and installing windows 11 fresh. Install essentials and see if it still stutters.

I had a really unique issue once on every game with eac I'd have 30 second freeze after a few minutes in game, then it would run fine. Took a while to figure out it was a power plan issue. Turning off usb power down fixed that.

What are you using for storage? made sure the firmware on the drive is up to date?

Sorry if its been asked I have not read the 6 pages of replies

Have you had someone else come round and look at it to see if they see the same? If it’s happened across multiple PCs, is it just not that you’re incredibly sensitive to, something?

I wish it was just that and I'm sure I am sensitive to stutters but when you're spending over £1500 on just the graphics card you don't expect to have subpar performance.

funny thing is... i had a 4080S and would run like dog **** on CS2 and now im back to my PC, I have a 4070 "stop gap" card and it hardly stutters or lags in CS2..obviously the FPS in games are less but performance so far, is more consistent!

Was hoping that would be the case when I stuck a 4070ti in but no such luck!
